Stacy needs some customer service training. She was rude and combative when asked a simple question as if it was ruining her entire day to explain something. Then goes on to explain it like I’m in first grade. I shop at dsw because I’ve always had terrific interactions and the employees are always willing to help. Today was such a shock to be treated like an idiot and when asked why she was becoming so combative it only made it worse. Send her on a smoke break more often.

Sarasota as a whole has the worst shoe choices of anywhere I've ever lived. Never been to a DSW in my life where I didn't find at least one pair of shoes I liked. I don't think it's DSW fault. All the stores here so far...the worst for shoes in the USA. Cali girl ❤️s 👡🥿👠👢 - Help. 😢

The store is really big but there wasn’t an overwhelming selection. At the Nike outlet in palmetto I literally can’t even look at all the shoes they have. DSW is just a big big shoe store with regular retail prices, the clearance items in the back were 20% off and they still seemed expensive! I was looking for an all black non slip shoe for working in a restaurant and didn’t find anything, seems like they’re overlooking all work shoes entirely aside from dress shoes.
