This was the 1st of 3 e-bike shops I went to see what was available. After seeing the other places I went right back to E-Bikes and Cycles. They had the best selection and best prices and it wasn't even close! Russ and everyone I interacted with were very professional and were happy to answer all my questions. Great assortment of accessories for the bikes and they put them on while you wait. The service here went above and beyond my expectations. My entire experience here was a solid 5 stars. Thanks again to you and your team. You earned yourself a loyal customer!

A wonderful shop. Clean, well displayed bikes and even a track to test bikes. I was interested in an ebike and the salesman took the time to have me try various bikes with and without the assist, which makes a dramatic difference to test the handling and pedaling without assist. I went home with a BULLS Copperhead. As a Kid I was bitten by a Copperhead snake so this was destiny. As a motocross rider taking this off road was the most fun Ive had in years. No going upto NYS and Vermont to ride I can now hit local trails and turn any dirt mount into a playground.

I went there this weekend and received wonderful service and education on their bike selection. They have a great selection of bikes and equipment. Would definitely recommend and continuing shopping here.

We had such a great experience working with Russ and the team at e-bikes. I was looking to purchase an e-bike for my wife who does not typically bike. Russ gave us a full indoctrination of e-bikes and helped us narrow the search. Riding the different types of e-bikes was well worth it and his instruction and training on their personal track was just what we needed. No pressure, just a world of knowledge and personal experiences. We are thrilled and will definitely head back when I’m ready to buy for myself. Thank you Russ and LT!

We looked around Sarasota at nearly every bike shop we could find. Ebikes and Cycles had the best selection of bikes and accessories. They have a track to test the bikes. The prices were fair, and they arranged delivery to our home. More importantly, when a small issue came up with the fit of the bike, they arranged to have it picked up, adjusted, and brought back to our home.The service and support provided by this family owned company is second to none and very, very rare nowadays. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

The service I received at this shop from Russ and Bryce was exceptional! I arrived in Florida for a one month stay. After arriving, I found my e-bike to have a defective dead battery. Even though I did not purchase my bike from the shop, and was not a local customer, Russ not only helped me with a new battery he took care of all the warranty work and I was able to use my bike for my entire stay in Florida. These guys are great!! Don’t go anywhere else! THANKS!

With a major motor problem on my Adventure, I found myself at Ebike and Cycle in Sarasota. The crew there took my bike in for service immediately. This was an unusual brakedown. They tried their best to fix it in a short time period,1 hour, but the repair went into the next day.Of course they followed established proceedures but some improvised, out of the box thinking solved my problem. Their knowledge and experience saved the day. Being 1300 mi. from home, on a 40 mi. ride, I was so fortunate to find the Tilton family business.Thank-you to all who helped get me back on the road.You people are the best!

Brought in my GoCycle to get a bit of education that I didn’t get from where it was purchased… Brice was totally helpful, he configured the bike’s software to my riding style… I found him to completely understand the workings of this bike… I got an education as well as a very comfy new seat and rear view mirror. Totally recommend EBikes and Cycles! Great brands and excellent service!

This place is great. The staff know their stuff and they really care about your needs over their bottom line. If they don't carry what you're looking for then they'll give good recommendations for what to look for online - already a good sign. The bikes are top notch and it was really interesting to listen to how the staff create tools to build them with quality. I've gone a few times now and there always seems to be a great deal worth taking advantage of (ex: free helmet with bike purchase). The staff wasn't afraid to assist putting accessories on my bike as well as tips etc. If you don't have an ebike already and are looking for one, definitely consider shipping local first - places like these will make sure you're taken care of, will have all the parts/tools/accessories on hand and can repair your bike vs any online alternative.
