Had an amazing experience bringing my Navigator in for a service. I also met the sales team. They were professional and courteous as well. The showroom was spotless, and comfortable! I’ll be continuing my vehicle service there and will definitely buy my next Lincoln there! Such a great atmosphere!

They get a three star as their service and service team, especially Lenora is GREAT!!
Unfortunately, we purchased a certified lemon… the sales person and the sales manager were not honest… surprise! And short form calling us liars (salesman) when we all sat down and agreed on window tinting to be done for us in the final
Price. Pick up the vehicle, no tint and salesman said that conversation never happened even after reminding him exactly where we were seated and the discussion. Let that one go and from time we took car home we had had to have it in the shop more than we drive it.
Thank goodness it was sold as certified and most was covered, but what a hassle. I can’t but think the “certified” paperwork was fudged to sell the vehicle.
Three times for transmission issues (unsafe). Once for the electronics failing and mirrors retracting while driving and radio just pops on randomly. The information screen goes black.
The experience in the sales was horrible. Again the service team and management is great!

My husband and I purchased our Lincoln Aviator at Ed Howard Lincoln. Bailey, our salesperson, was very direct over the phone in our negotiations, which could scare off some people but not my husband! When we arrived, we found Bailey to be very personable and extremely knowledgeable. The finance manager, Jim, was equally as knowledgeable and very friendly. Our experience was our best ever! We highly recommend this dealership; it’s very transparent, with no hidden fees. I also recommend Bailey as your sales rep.

I purchased a used Lincoln. My salesperson Mac Sacco was very knowledgeable and I never felt pressured by him or the finance manager. Definitely a great experience and I would buy another car there. I will recommend to friends.

We have two Navigators....2018 and a 2021. We transitioned from GM and have not looked back.
The Aviator is a different story. The vehicle is attractive and comfortable but there is a lot of little maint items that popped that we are not accustomed to.

I was in the automobile business for over 27 years. During that time I visited MANY service departments. Ed Howard Lincoln service is what every new car dealership service should be. However, this is the only one that I have seen like this. Lenora greeted me when I came by with my 2020 Lincoln Nautilus and could not be nicer and efficient. I had the opportunity to meet Travis and he too is very impressive. Lincoln mobile unit was at my home today and Jeff was on time, professional and super nice. This is one dealership that I wish I could have worked for when I was in the business. Take care of these folks Ed, they are rare.
