Very bad service, last week I placed an online order for the Sarasota location it was my friends birthday, when I went to pick up the order, the store was closed, I called the store and was transferred to the Bradenton store where a very rude and with no manners person answered, when I told him what was happening he said, the store is closed and if I want I need to go to the Bradenton store. I asked him if he were able to deliver the arrangement to a certain address, which he said no and I told him I was counting on this gift, to which he replied I was also counting on the employee to come to work and he hung up on me, obviously they refunded my money, but he never apologized or try to help me at all.

Great quality products and tremendous service. The owners Beth and Gary are clearly very passionate about their business and I was so pleased with the chocolate dipped strawberries I received. I highly recommend them and will be back! Thank you for such a great experience!

Amazing and beautiful arrangements! Have never been disappointed! Make sure you get it thru them, and don’t be fooled by others pretending to be edible arrangements! The difference is night and day! Great quality and care put into their work!

Tammy is wonderful! She has excellent customer service and makes beautiful fruit baskets. I called late and asked for a fruit basket to be made fast and she was able to do it perfectly! She was so helpful and I highly recommend this location!

Ordered customized order and it was a little bit inaccurate and the person I spoke with didn't really seem to understand what this meant considering you pay a good amount for a customized order. Regardless of that, product was good.

Received call from my son after sending birthday arrangement. He said the fruit was fresh and tasty. Loved the arrangement he took it to a small get together. I was nervous after reading prior reviews but Iam very happy I ordered and will again! I ordered on line from mich. And sent to Florida.

Beth and Gary are powerfully passionate about their relationship with customers and their work. Can’t recommend them enough. The fruit is always fresh and the arrangements are a novelty statement where ever you use it.

Placed an order days ahead of Valentine’s Day, paid extra for delivery on that day and we never received our order. I have been trying to contact them and cannot get a hold of anyone.

Placed a order at 10am..email said to arrive at 11 curbside..we arrived..lady just then saw our order..explained it would be a few moments ( even tho it was suppose to be done at 11) so now..in 94 degree heat in car waiting w air on it still that hot...it has been over 20 mins past ourpick up time..we have dogs in car so can't go in..my gas is almost on E and I can't turn the car off for long..just not acceptable that this happend. I don't blame the lady totally as she looks to be the only worker but come on..and a little extra fruit or discount would of been nice but nope..nothing..so time was way over, gas wasted and just not ok over all. It came 23 mins after and no apology or nothing just..I don't get businesses now in days..I think this store needs more staff..she was nice but..bad experience
