What a wonderful 5 star experience from the whole Erickson team. From the first contact with Chad and online build, follow up visit to their dealership and tour of different Robalo models, ordering and delivery with Chris, they all are responsive and caring. Even more, was how well they handled brokering my trade - Tom did an outstanding job of promoting through multiple nationwide sites and he stayed on the leads resulting in a sale in under 30 days. Dave, Cody, Tyra and the service crew worked so hard to deliver my new R270 on December 22 for a very special family Christmas with our new boat. At every step, including follow up service, they make you feel like you are important. Bill Erickson and his family and whole team are first class! We love our new Robalo and are so proud to be an Erickson customer. Ron H

I have had the pleasure of working with Tyra in the service department. I'm in the process of purchasing a new boat and have reached out to her for advice and pricing on various services and equipment. She is absolutely delightful, helpful and extremely efficient. Anything that I have asked her for assistance on was promptly handled with return phone calls and texts with answers to all my questions. This is so rare that I had to take a few minutes out to acknowledge how exceptional she was. I would highly recommend this company for any Marine Service or new boat purchase based on my experience. We dealt with Chad, Tom, and Bill at Erickson Marine, and let me say that there was absolutely no pressure to buy. They listened to us, made some suggestions, gave us pricing and information, and didn't try to seal the deal right then. We went to a competitor, did our research on other boats, and scheduled our sea trial. The young man (can't remember his name) who took us on the sea trial was genuine and sincere. Again, NO PRESSURE. All the time we felt like we were old friends, and not the fake kind of friends.We ended up purchasing the Robalo R180 as it will fit in our garage with a folding windshield.Highly recommend these guys when you are boat shopping. Oh, I forgot to say, that we live in the Punta Gorda area, it was well worth our time to make the drive to Sarasota, and will continue to make that drive for maintenance and service issues that may come up.

I can’t say enough about my experience with Tom Hanshaw at Ericksons Marine. From the purchase of my 261 Heritage Sportsman to coordinating everything to get the boat prepared to be shipped to CT. Tom did a great job on all levels. I have been in boating a long time and have purchased many boats and this by far was my best experience. I highly recommend Erickson’s Marine if you are in the market for a new or used boat.

I can’t say enough about my experience at Erickson Marine. From sales to service I am beyond satisfied. Tom Hanshaw in sales is a class act, honest and friendly. Dave and Cody in service are top notch people and they get things done. Everyone I have dealt with at Erickson Marine was knowledgeable and professional. They all are a pleasure to deal with. In today’s world of Mega dealers, it is refreshing to deal with a family owned business because they actually care about their customers. Erickson Marine, Tom Hanshaw in sales, and Dave Erickson in service are all top shelf! We purchased a Contender 30 and also had Erickson add outriggers and upgrade the audio. Tom managed the entire process and he was always honest, easy to work with, accessible, thorough and polite. I can't say enough great things about this team.

Tom helped my wife and I with a R222 Robalo purchase. Every step of the way Tom was there for us. Tom is an honest sales rep. My wife and I visited several other dealerships until we saved the best for last Erickson Marine! We drove over 3 hours to meet with Tom for our boat and I am here to tell you we would do it all over again!! If you are looking to buy a boat make this your first dealership you visit!!!

I bought a boat from Erickson, and I was very happy with every facet of the deal.Tom was awesome. A true gentleman who knows how to do his job as well as make the process as smooth as possible. He's honest and isn't looking to just make a buck.Tristan, who works in the yard and took me on the sea test, was knowledgeable, professional, and a very capable guy who cared about the customers.The owner, Bill, made it a point to come out of his office to meet me and shake my hand and thank me for choosing his dealership. That's old school customer service, which only comes from years of practice.From beginning to end, these men made me feel comfortable making this big decision. I guarantee you will not find a better group of individuals to buy a boat from.

I drove from Key Largo to see a consignment boat. I was skeptical at first going to boat dealer. Chad was the salesman and Alex took me for the water test. Chad represented the owner of the boat well while negotiating with me and I have to say the entire staff was truly exceptional. In fact, I wouldn't hesitate to drive again nearly 4 hours again to purchase a boat from Erickson Marine. These guys are an example of how boat dealers should be. Honest, No Surprises, Well done.
