We had a great experience with Extra Space Storage - online, phone and in-person. Staff is very nice - kudos to Lori, who welcomed us and showed us where our unit was located. So far, all is going well.

I am a long time renter at Extra Space Storage on Clark Road in Sarasota. I am very pleased with the property and the staff there, and find it a very safe place and always very clean.
Recently my automatic payment was declined since I had changed credit cards a few months ago and forgot to update my account information at Extra Space.
Will sent me a few emails but I was away in vacation and did not see them. Will then called me and left a voicemail message to call him back. Since I was away, I didn’t see these messages until today. I immediately called the Office and Will called me back in minutes. We added my new credit card information and all is good. Will was very understanding and helpful and efficient. I am a grateful customer and recommend this facility highly. Thank you, Will.

This location has an absolute Rockstar in customer service at the front office. His name is Will. Will helped me navigate moving from another storage company and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Really made all the difference.
