I am updating my previous review due to the unscrupulous business practices of this company. We filled a 300 square foot unit at the beginning of the year which came at a reasonable rate. Since then, this company has done nothing but raise their rates multiple times to the point where I am now paying 75% more than when I moved in. I can understand an annual price increase but they are raising their rates every few months. Either get a pricing guarantee when you sign up or find another place that won't gouge you. Truly disgusting way to do business, particularly in this economy.
