Oct24Update: Im starting to suspect that these employees are being mistreated or something… the ones that used to be so nice are now extremely passive aggressive just as you walked in. I used to have nice conversations with them, they used to smile… I feel something weird its happening in that store.
Previous: I’ve been a Fabletics customer for over 3 years now. The clothes are super long lasting and great fitting. This store is great! I never had an issue with an employee or the membership. I do sign up for the offer, buy what I want, and I cancel my membership online in just two clicks. Use chat gpt if you don’t read, but stop blaming others for your shopping experience. You have to cancel a membership if you don’t want to get charged. Easy exchanges as well in the store. Its a great brand.

Before purchasing, I inquired multiple times at the store about the membership program. I was told by Brandon that I had nothing to be concerned about; if I did not want to join, I didn’t have to. Well, a month after the purchase, I received an email from Fabletics welcoming me to their VIP membership. My credit card was debited $59.95. Apparently, the fee for this membership is $59.95 per month. It took me a couple of hours to terminate the membership and get my $59.95 refunded. I also returned the merchandise. I wish that I had never walked into this store. A really bad experience.

Products are fine - decent quality. more importantly, the processing / shipping / delivery times to receive orders is horrendous. 13 days since order was placed and still nothing. They use an absurd Pitney Bowes platform to track orders and it is very inaccurate. Customer service is non-existent. Suggestion would be to find a local retail store if you have one near you or find another clothing option. Definitely would not order online again.

Never answer the phone, called about 8 times to get in contact regarding fraud on my card from this location. Denied to sign up for a membership at checkout buying Christmas gifts and declined to give an email or my info, they still signed me up to pay $60 a month for an account that doesn't exist. Forced to cancel my card as a result as nobody at corporate could pull up the account to cancel charges via my card #, phone #, name, or email. Maybe shop online to make sure they don't accidentally tack it on to your next order.

Don’t shop here! I was helped by Jessica and she was the worst, she had an attitude the whole time, she wasn’t patient with me, her face said it all while helping me, I felt judged the whole time there. If I could give this zero stars I would, her customer service was horrible I’ll be shopping at Lululemon or Athleta from now on.

Please don’t do business with this company. It’s literally a scam. They entice you into buying the membership so you can get seemingly amazing deals, and then when you go to use your member credit which you paid hard earned money for, your online order will most surely be cancelled, and when you call customer service you’ll sit on hold for 10 minutes and then get hung up on even though a robot said you were the first in the queue. My only option at this point is to use my member credit in store 35 minutes away because my order has been cancelled 3 times now with no explanation. Not sure why items are available for order if they are not in stock or they will just be cancelled. The way they do business is irresponsible and I really hope people start looking past the flashy social media marketing.
