Never answer the phone, called about 8 times to get in contact regarding fraud on my card from this location. Denied to sign up for a membership at checkout buying Christmas gifts and declined to give an email or my info, they still signed me up to pay $60 a month for an account that doesn't exist. Forced to cancel my card as a result as nobody at corporate could pull up the account to cancel charges via my card #, phone #, name, or email. Maybe shop online to make sure they don't accidentally tack it on to your next order.

Don’t shop here! I was helped by Jessica and she was the worst, she had an attitude the whole time, she wasn’t patient with me, her face said it all while helping me, I felt judged the whole time there. If I could give this zero stars I would, her customer service was horrible I’ll be shopping at Lululemon or Athleta from now on.

Please don’t do business with this company. It’s literally a scam. They entice you into buying the membership so you can get seemingly amazing deals, and then when you go to use your member credit which you paid hard earned money for, your online order will most surely be cancelled, and when you call customer service you’ll sit on hold for 10 minutes and then get hung up on even though a robot said you were the first in the queue. My only option at this point is to use my member credit in store 35 minutes away because my order has been cancelled 3 times now with no explanation. Not sure why items are available for order if they are not in stock or they will just be cancelled. The way they do business is irresponsible and I really hope people start looking past the flashy social media marketing.

I always love the attitude of fabletics employees! The girls here are AWESOME! My family came in Friday around 1-2 and all four girls sprang into action helping us find exactly what we needed AND the best deals! I can’t recommend this store enough!

The store employees were very welcoming and helpful. I had a great time shopping there thanks to Nicholas. He was extremely kind and showed me lots of cute outfits to choose from. He was able to do the exchange for me and made my experience there so pleasant. I will definitely continue to shop at Fabletics.

This place is a joke of a company! Called customer service as I had hit skip for the month on my vip membership and yet I still got billed!! Explained over the phone what my issue was with customer service and got NOWHERE!! The lady told me no refunds are available and I give you a 20% coupon for compensation! Yeah as if I want to shop in the store and give them more money when they basically took money from me! I have no use for this credit as I only have it to get special deals on leggings every once in a while and always skip the months credit offers! Seriously disappointed in customer service and Fabletics!

There was so many options to choose from! The clothes are super comfy and Kathy signed me up to become a vip. She was super nice and helpful, loved her energy. I got a lot of discounts and my bf and I bought a couple items and outfits. Definitely will be back when we are in the Sarasota area!

They overcharged me for a membership I never signed up for and then when you go to leave the membership you never joined they put you on hold for 45 minutes to get your refund.
