First, the good. This bank has no fee accounts available. The bad - tax forms are not online. Even if you choose to have paperless documents, they continue to mail documents and do not have them online. You have to go into the branch for many tasks that are easily handled online by other banks, such as transferring a CD which has termed out into a checking or savings account at the same bank.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They ran a promotion for a great interest rate, so we transferred all our money in. Or so we thought. This bank literally lost all of our savings. Somehow, it never made it into our new account -- even though it left our old bank's account. We've wasted countless hours talking to morons, and about three weeks later, the money -- all of our savings -- is still missing. I don't know how we are going to pay bills. These people are literal criminals, and total morons. They also just don't care. Run, run far away. I wish we never were attracted by their b.s. advertisement. If you care about your money, run from this bank..

I have only been here for meetings. It is a bank, so does one really know how it is beyond the friendly nature of their staff? Do your research before picking your financial Institute. Yelp should be the last thing you look at. That is all. Ignore the star rating. I was required to post something.

I have had the pleasure of returning to 5/3 Bank at the same location where I originally opened my account. Nothing but the highest of expectations met both times I was there. Friendly and knowledgeable staff particularly Assistant Vice President, Dave Norris. He took the time to walk me through the online banking process. I am here to stay!
