Horrible experience with agent Alven Nguyen. Incredibly unethical. Willing to blatantly lie to your face, and double down on their lie even within the same text and email threads showing the truth. Definitely wouldn't trust an agent where lying is easy as breathing. I have no feedback for the other members or ownership of Fine Properties, but stay far far away from their agent Alven Nguyen.

Flicking people off and laying on your horn while driving isn’t someone I’d want to work with. Also, your bayside magnet on the back of your black Lexus is not how Jesus would want you to treat others. If you say you’re a Christian be a good representation of what that looks like to others.

Karen Kontout is a true real estate professional. Relocating from Texas,we discussed my housing needs and price point and she was on it!
Never have l met a realtor that was so dedicated to finding my forever home. She thoroughly researched properties, provided meticulous notes,and was well prepared for our touring homes. You should hope to find someone to care about your real estate acquisition as well as she did for my home purchase.

Jason Ban Cleave was our agent and he was not accessible. His voicemail was always full. He said he kept it full to keep spam callers from leaving messages. He did not fairly represent us as sellers. He attempted to hide an extension of our listing with him tacked onto another document he told us to just sign and return. In almost 7 months of listing he did 3 open houses. When the home inspector pulled an outlet cover out of the wall instead of unscrewing it because he thought it was a plug in night light. He told us to just repair it. When we counter offered. An offer he said he guessed we didn’t want to sell our home. He’s unmotivated to work for his money. Would not recommend him EVER. Worst experience in selling a home .

I was cold called by this company with wrong information and they very rude when I questioned it. This company should not be in real estate if they have to cold call people and then rude when questioned about it. That might be why they are having to cold call to begin with.

I would like to give a shout out to Grace Bonaccorso our realtor who helped us obtain a condo in Sarasota. The management company was difficult to deal with but she was so helpful and really stuck with us. Thank you for everything.

I just wanted to say that we had the privilege of selling our house with one of the most professional and greatest ladies we have ever had to work with . She was always on the spot to answer any questions and concerns we had, even when she was on vacation, she took the time to contact us with updates. Also, the photos she had taken was FANTASTIC !! I would highly recommend Carol Marra to anyone looking to sell their home.WOW WHAT A GREAT EXPERENCE !!!Also only took her 6.5 day to have a firm offer.GREAT JOB, CAROL MARRA !!

If I could give 0 I would. Barbara Brighenti and her son Jack Brighenti are the worst people I have ever met. They swindled money from us when we rented from them. We paid on time and did everything we were supposed to. When it was time for us to get our deposit back they came up with lies to keep our deposit. We talked to other renters and they did the same thing. STAY AWAY!!!
