Have been with them for years. Our new company found our fire pull glued to wall and never ever hooked up. Passed 2 of their supposed inspections. Put system on test when we close down the week of March 17 for COVID-19. They call and call and call daily saying our system is going off. I remind them daily it’s supposed to be on test. They have actually dispatched a fire truck. I have called four times in the last couple weeks to get them to come out. They take my name and number and have never responded or showed. I personally called ANDY the owner, and he said he would get back to me. That was two weeks ago. Absolutely terrible service.
