Been doing service here and it’s getting progressively worse each time I go so I’m done. Took my car in for a simple oil change. They didn’t call me when it was finished. I had to call them multiple times to check in on it. Took them 2 days to do one oil change? When I got my car back there is no new sticker on the top left corner of the window? And my maintenance light wasn’t reset. I’m supposed to just trust whoever actually did the service requested? How are you supposed to trust people at these places anymore.

I have had some good service in the past but it depends who is on shift. The guy today, December 9th was a tool. We Showed up with my sons’ car and mine; one needed an oil change, set of wipers and the other air in the tires and wiper blades. He told me I would have to leave the car there for several hours, because they were only two mechanics. I understand being shorthanded at work. I just don’t know why 2 sets of wipers and one oil change, is a half day project. Maybe a customer service plan would’ve been calling this morning and just explaining the situation. I would be more than willing to accommodate a change on appointments/days.
His attitude was a little too much, so I let him work on my son‘s car that needed an oil change and wipers. It will be several hours before it’s done. And I just canceled my car appointment. I will look somewhere else for repairs. I am also going to cancel out my Firestone credit card as well. No sense in going back.

Absolutely outrageous prices. This place goes above and beyond to take advantage of consumers. Was quoted over $3000 to repair a cracked radiator and two rear brake pads! I couldn’t believe it. Their response was “well get a credit card”
I had my mobile mechanic complete the work with parts for $500.
Do not go here unless you are ok with being robbed blind . Truly disgusting. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I was quoted that my ford explorer was 2500 to fix and I took it too another place and they charged me 250. I can’t make this up they just wanted my money. Can’t trust this place 😅 me and the mechanic couldn’t believe the prices.

WORST experience I’ve ever had at a tire or mechanic shop, and maybe any business ever! Do NOT go here! The “manager“ Jason was one of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with in a professional business. There was no accountability or responsibility. There was no way to rectify the situation and he literally denied doing anything wrong to the point of he just does not care what happens to your vehicle! I brought my wife’s Mercedes into have four tires put on and left with the entire air suspension system, broken on my car and the car undrivable , grease all over the dashboard the wheels all put back on the wrong wheel and a broken car with all of the dials and dash system changed. It cost me $1100 for four tires and they broke the car to where it couldn’t even be driven, and then said they didn’t.
What kind of tire changing business even know how to lift a car properly that has air suspension and whether to turn it on or off.? Now I am left with a car that cannot be driven and I have to take it to another mechanic to have it fixed for thousands of dollars of damage caused by fire stone, and they literally do not care . When I took it to the mechanic down the street from them to have it fixed, he said that that was usual and they fixed fire stones mistakes all the time and literally have had to replace entire motors and wheels and tires from the shotty work. The people that worked on my wife’s car acted as though they had never changed the tire before and looked like they had not been to sleep in days. I will do everything I can to make sure the management and the employee of this establishment Do not do this to anyone else’s vehicle in the future.
I had no idea this is how they treated women that come in to get tires put on their car after they break their car. They just bully them into saying they didn’t do anything wrong and then you’re stuck with a broken car. My wife made the appointment and showed up on time early in the morning like they said with $1100 for four tires. They took an entire day to change four tires with no other customers there left grease everywhere ruined the car broke the air suspension and didn’t even do the alignment. And then want us to come pick up the car and have it repaired somewhere else at our expense. This is the worst business ever. Fire stone is literally living off of their name that they built from the boomer generation. But what fire stone stand for now is a complete rip off and bad work. Take your tires and your car anywhere else in this town other than fire stone

I have used this Firestone location many times over the years- service is always great- they seem to work me in quickly, communicate well, are pleasant to deal with, and have some good coupons and specials to take advantage of. Overall I’ve been very satisfied with all the times I’ve had my car/tires serviced here

Normally I have a good experience when I visit that location which is why I keep going there, but in the last repair that I had yesterday (windshield-wipers motor replacement), the mechanic broke my windshield and did not take responsibility for it, once I discovered the problem. He and Mat (the person I was talking with at the office) tried to claim that the windshield was broken when I brought the car in. It was a lie and since I did not have pictures taken of my car before the service began, I could not prove it. The corner of the windshield was shattered exactly where the work was being performed and 2 long cracks ran up from there. The shattered pattern was from something very heavy, like a motor or tool, being dropped on the glass. There is also damage to the wiper arm, plus the nut cover at its end could not be found (just for that one wiper). All these things were at the spot where something was dropped. It was obvious that the damage was done during the repair.

Firestone is my go to place for all of my auto repairs. They get the work done usually on the same day that I take it in. They are very reliable and professional. I've never had a problem with any of the work they've done and I've been there for brakes. water pump. starter. tires. power steering. They quote the price before they do the work unlike some of the other places I've been. I feel like I'm in good hands with Firestone
