my first visit is coming up. i am in pain. waited 2 weeks as opposed to 6 mos. not happy. so please remind your gatekeepers to have empathy. i will report back.

While I really appreciate the doctor's and most staff at the University Parkway location, the office manager refuses to call me back. The admin office never answers or calls back. The only way to get a call back is to call SMH Administratoon.
