ZERO STARS – Completely Unreliable and Unprofessional
I wish I could give zero stars because this company absolutely deserves it. Our experience was nothing short of a nightmare.
We booked this moving company well in advance and confirmed the date, time, and details multiple times leading up to our move. Move day arrived — a stressful and important day for anyone — and they never showed up. No call. No email. No explanation. Just a complete no-show.
We waited for hours trying to contact someone, only to be met with voicemail after voicemail. When we finally reached someone hours after the meet up time, there was no apology, no remorse, and certainly no attempt to make it right. The representative we spoke to seemed indifferent and uninterested in the fact that they had completely failed to provide the service we had paid for.
We were forced to scramble and find another moving company last minute, which not only added significant stress but also cost us more money due to the short notice. It completely disrupted our moving plans, our schedule, and created an avoidable headache during an already stressful time.
Do not trust this company with your time, money, or belongings. Reliability is the bare minimum you should expect from movers — and they couldn’t even meet that. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere unless you want to risk being completely abandoned on one of the most important days of your life.
Avoid at all costs.

HORRIBLE! Scheduled a moving day. Gave them our credit card number for a deposit. Confirmed a start time between 7-8am. They NEVER SHOWED! This left us scrambling to find an alternative and now worried that they will use our card information fraudulently!

Fantastic experience! The team was quick to respond to all of our questions, and when James and his crew arrived, they tackled the job with great energy and speed. Even with all the stairs, they stayed upbeat and professional. Huge thanks for the positive attitude and hard work!

DO NOT hire these people! It’s some sort of scam. They take your deposit and schedule your move and then the day of your move no show and don’t answer the phone. Notice all of their good reviews are bots.

We reached out just a day before, and they were able to fit us into their schedule. The three movers handled a truck full of our heavy furniture with ease. They arrived on time, were very professional, and took great care to protect and handle our items during both the packing and unpacking processes. Scheduling and getting a quote was also a breeze. We'll definitely be giving them a call for our next move.

Our experience with Flat Fee Movers was outstanding! After receiving quotes from two other companies, Flat Fee Movers not only provided a more competitive quote but also estimated a more efficient move. While other companies suggested we would need more trucks, crew, and time, Flat Fee Movers completed the job in less time than estimated. They had initially estimated 6-8 hours but finished in an impressive 5 hours flat!

Safety equipment was inadequate, and communication barriers worsened the situation. No communication to resolve the issue. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
