Very friendly service. Very helpful people. I went shopping there on Easter and bought my first Sand Cloud towel. I can't wait to use it at the beach tomorrow. Pretty mustard whale towel XL. Also bought a cute mint green bag which will be great for carrying lip balm, lip gloss and other essentials.

We are on vacation this week and myson's sandals suddenly broke. We went to The Flip Flop Shack and he walked in with only 1 shoe. Terri was so friendly and helped him find some new sandals. What started as a necessity purchase turned into a fun experience because of her customer service. We will make sure to come back next year when we return!

Beware! She will charge you $2 for the bag to put your purchase in and not tell you! This was no “miscommunication” as there was no discussion about a bag charge AT ALL! My husband, who was with me at the time of purchase, saw the charge later once we got home. She will talk your ear off at the register to distract you while she rings up the bag. Will not shop here again.

They had the nerve to hide a $2 charge for the bag they put our purchase in. Yeah, that’s right- they charged us for the bag! We will never return to this store.

What a nice lady!! I actually went in twice and she kindly greeted me both times. While purchasing my sunscreen, we had a great convo and I promised I'd stop in next time I'm in town. If you need flip flops, or just want to smile, this is the place to stop! Save the bees!
