Horrible as always trying to pick up an order. Loading dock employees are unbelievably slow and not helpful. Giant lack of training and supervision. Always the case here.

Lidia Garcia wow what a gift from above. My dad and I walked in at 11 am and had no idea where to even start. She walked us through every step for each bathroom remodel, from the floor tiles, to the walls, to even the grout. She steered us right in every way possible! Would 100% shop here again even for the wonderful help.

I ordered online and did all steps to have order ready for pick up. We waited more than 30 minutes and we were asked twice if we have a pick up. and went to front desk twice to see if if it was ready. It should've been faster not ordering online.

I own a pet business and needed help with my tile and grout. I went to the pro desk and asked for help, Brandon was there to assist me and answer my questions that I had and what would be the best solution for tile and grout. I was very impressed with how much knowledge he had with design, flooring and the grout. He was very detail oriented and very nice to work with. Thank you, Brandon!!!
