Bought a bunch of clothes including a dress for my GF for a Christmas party, yet THEY NEVER TOOK OFF THE SECURITY INK TAG! They didn’t offer any store credit or anything and basically said I have to drive all the way back which it’s a 50 minute drive and 40 miles for a mistake that they made. So annoyed and never shopping here again

If I could give negative stars I would. Rude workers. Couldn't be bothered to help you reach something up high. (Two eyelashes huddled together) Charged me twice in a row for the same transaction. Told me they didn't. (Same thing happened to the girl next to us.) Get my bank statement guess what? they did. Called to get it handled. Manager on duty "Sarah" didn't have enough brain cells to rub together to figure out the issue. Told me to call customer service..Will never be back..

I haven’t been here in over 10 years so I went to this location since I was already there and I was drawn to the Disney stuff. I found a cardigan I loved that was super soft but coming to check out line, only one person was working with 5 people in front of me! It is very disorganized with clothes everywhere on the floor and to much clutter(good thing I didn’t use my wheelchair or walker yesterday cuz the aisles are too close and clothes on the floor would make navigation impossible).

I recently wrote a negative review about the customer service I received at forever 21. I went back to return something a week later and found the staff was much more helpful. I'd love to update the review to 5 stars, but the store was still quite disheveled and fitting rooms were un manned and unclean.

Just waited in line for 20 minutes while 2 managers stood there watching one girl struggle on the register. Stores a disaster. Managers could do muchhh better pac sun is way better dont waste your time here
