I haven’t been here in over 10 years so I went to this location since I was already there and I was drawn to the Disney stuff. I found a cardigan I loved that was super soft but coming to check out line, only one person was working with 5 people in front of me! It is very disorganized with clothes everywhere on the floor and to much clutter(good thing I didn’t use my wheelchair or walker yesterday cuz the aisles are too close and clothes on the floor would make navigation impossible).

I recently wrote a negative review about the customer service I received at forever 21. I went back to return something a week later and found the staff was much more helpful. I'd love to update the review to 5 stars, but the store was still quite disheveled and fitting rooms were un manned and unclean.

Just waited in line for 20 minutes while 2 managers stood there watching one girl struggle on the register. Stores a disaster. Managers could do muchhh better pac sun is way better dont waste your time here

15 people in line. One register open. 2 people behind the counter. No excuse why that second person couldn't take 5 minutes to help a few customers check out. Ridiculous!

I never make reviews but I went in today just to quickly grab a couple pairs of socks and when I went to check out they told me “I can’t ring you up without an email” and kept trying to get me to give her any email. Look I can empathize with employees doing their job but I’ve never been REQUIRED to give anything other than money to make a purchase, ever. Wouldn’t take my no for an answer, so I left. I hope she isn’t getting forced by management to make a quota for getting emails because it’s tacky on your already dying business.

Why are the hangers so sticky? Why is the floor so dusty? It's gross and makes me sensory overwhelmed, also never anyone working there and fitting rooms are never clean or managed. Really love the company just think this specific location needs some type of reset or remanagement tactic.

Beware if you have issues with an order.Forever 21’s carrier left my package out in the open instead of taking 30 seconds to use a secure locker system. So, as expected, it was stolen. For anybody other on-line purchase I have made, the store took responsibility for their shipping and delivery! Not Forever 21! They’re keeping my money and won’t resend the merchandise until they do their “investigation “ Yet the have a picture showing the package was left out in the open.The other kicker, I bought items during a sale- I had other options but chose items fromForever 21. What a mistake! I now have no merchandise and no money! Will not be ordering again from this store!

Forever 21 at University Town Center in Sarasota is a cool Forever 21 location that has a really good selection of clothing available for good prices. I really like the layout and atmosphere here and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. Happy with all of the purchases that I have made from here.

I visited 2 days ago, store was nice, it was my first time going here, went accompanied with my toddler in a stroller and I was glad there was room to navigate comfortably. Great selection of shoes clothes and accessories. Actually loved their clearance racks! However, you mom's or caretakers know the challenge of shopping with kids/toddlers because you only have a certain amount of time browsing before things gets a lil crazy at times. I made my selection as I was going through the isle ready to pay & my toddler decides to sneak out and grabs random hats from somewhere near for me to " buy" and places them on the counter. I say "no I'm sorry" and place them back where I think they came from , the eccentric looking cashier girl (nothing wrong with that) behind the counter proceeds to tell me to "place the hats back where they go." I look at her and say " I'm sorry I don't even know where they go or where they came from seriously put them back where?" Rude and unprofessional I wanted to throw the cheap garment in her face and walk out, sorry I'd never do that in her situation & that's why you work there or find another job that's just retail unfortunately. The other girl next to her at the cashier (very sweet) nervous laughed a bit & realized how rude and said "it's okay I'll do it" offered to put it back where they belong. If you aren't good at customer service then don't work a customer service job. PERIOD.

I’m not one to complain about customer service ever. This store is full of rude employees and they make it impossible to return clothes. I went in to return something with all but one tag attached and the cashier refused to even give me a store credit and when I asked to speak to a manager, the cashier said there was no manager in. But, when I called not even 10 minutes later all of a sudden they did have a manager. On the phone, the manager hung up on me and it was the worst retail experience I’ve ever experienced.

Just tried to go in and it says online they close at 8 and the doors were already locked guess I’ll spend my money somewhere else
