NEVER SHOP HERE THE POEPLE THAT WORK THERE, ARE DEVIL HORNED OLD WOMEN WHO “don’t need our Business “according to the lady I spoke to.I AM BEYOND ANGRYSomething’s foxy lady did to us.-they told us to leave cause they were to busy-they WALKED INTO my friends DRESSING ROOM WHILE SHE WAS CHANGING and grabbed the clothes out of her hand and told her “your done”- they yelled at me for taking pictures when no one even told me that was a problem-let us know that it was to busy for us to be using the dressing rooms-yelled at my mom when she called and hung up on her saying we don’t need your business good bye”I went into the store with the intention of buying a prom dress with my friend. We wanted to buy them for pictures at ringing I am homeschooled so there was no set date for the prom pictures. My friend on the other hand does go to school but she decided not to go to prom and to just take pictures at ringling with me instead. The lady asked what we were there for we said prom and the lady asked when it was my friend said it had already past but I made sure she knew I was homeschooled and I was going to take pictures on another day ( not that it was any of her business).We tried on 1 dress each and took a picture of the dresses on to show to our parents. The lady was helping me because the dress I had tried on was a little to big she gave me a hot pink dress and I went to try it on I came out and couldn’t figure out how adjust the straps the lady that was helping me before came up to me and said “IT GOES AROUND YOUR NECK” in a very nasty tone. I fixed the dress with the help of 2 other workers. I went to look for my friend (she was still in the dressing room) then the lady turned to me and said we need you to leave if you both are just going to be trying on dresses and taking pictures you already told me that prom is over. I looked at her and told her it’s fine we will leave if they don’t want us there but we were going to buy a dress and we were not just “trying on dresses for fun”. She also went into my friends dressing room while she was in the middle of changing and grabbed the dresses out of her hand and said your done. I AM SOOOO DISCUSSED By the way they treated us and I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THERE. at one point the manager came over and told me to leave and said we couldn’t take pictures and that’s why she told me to leave. I told her even if that was true there are no signs and she never told us to stop taking pictures or we would have to leave she told us if the owner was there she would have done the same thing that the worker did.

My friend and i went to find dresses for prom because my friend is a graduating senior. When we went in the lady working there was standoffish and was pushy. The lady who helped us was very entitled and refused ti help my friend when she was trying on a dress. The worst was that the lady WALKED IN ON ME CHANGING with NO warning and yelled at me to get out and took the clothing items from me. I heard her telling my friend that they wanted us to leave because we were taking pictures. I took one picture. One to send to our parents who were paying for the dresses. There were no signs and we were not told to not take pictures, instead the worker glared at us. We are teenage girls and my friend just got out if heart surgery so the stress from this rude entitled middle aged woman could have been medically detrimental for her. When my friends mother contacted the store she was also met with rudeness and entitlement. Please do not support this business that is paying these awful workers to bully their customers. After reading other reviews im glad to see that my experience is shared with others.

The workers have a very strong vocabulary, including many vulgar slurs and remarks. Do not visit unless you want to be harassed.

I drove down to Foxy Lady from Clearwater..and found 5 unique dresses that I love! I was on a 2 wk. cruise and several ladies said to me on cruise they wait every day to see my outfits that they love! I bought most everything and shoes at Foxy Lady..but the dresses were off the chart Georgeous!I was given excellent service and help..that I needed as I just recovered from a broken spine and only started walking when I went there! Could not have been treated better..or kinder! It was worth the drive and when I need anything special in the future..it will be the first place I go!

The clothes are unique, colorful and fun! The sales ladies are sweet, helpful and have an eye for fashion! Fantastic boutique!!

We found the store far too full of merchandise to make it shoppable. Staff was overbearing and somewhat rude. The whole experience gave me anxiety.

My mom drove from Tampa to come to this specific store. The staff member working with us was incredibly pushy, rude to her and spoke about her poorly to me too. I am so upset in the way my mother was treated that I cannot and would not recommend this store to anyone.

Was browsing for a dress for my son's wedding and was immediately approached by a pushy saleswoman. I never even got to look at the dresses because she would not back away from me. Not sure about pricing or the dresses because of this rude person. Plenty of other places to shop.

Staff is rude, just because I'm a guy, that was in the store with his friend looking at garments. I was followed by one staff member the whole time. Felt like I was being watched. I will never return to this store.

Everyone is so friendly and so helpful. They have a large selection of all types of clothing. I feel like I am visiting friends when I go in there. They are the best!

I absolutely love this shop!! Not only do they a wonderful variety of clothing AND accessories AND shoes, but the staff couldn’t be better, nicer or more qualified. If you’re in Sarasota , I highly recommend stopping in!

I won’t go into the specific “why” this store only receives 1 star. I will say this. The owner and employees need to be educated on customer service. They have a beautiful product line but I will never shop there again, unfortunate because I am a local with fine taste and an active social life that would bring me to your store often. Without customers your boutique would not exist. They are who pay your payroll and allow you to continue to purchase your inventory. Dressing up your employees and sending them to partnering business’s with coupon solicitation devalues your product. Perhaps this review will encourage you to educate yourself your team and grow your business.

Three weeks ago I went with my friend as emotional support to buy a wig. I bought my first one there in 2016 when I was completely bald because having strong chemo for 5 months and it was a wonderful experience. Super nice people! So I thought it all be the same....Big mistake! The lady that came to us after five minutes ( older lady, very skinny and blond no idea if she was the owner or manager ) was absolutely rude with us. I speak English but my friend doesn't so I was speaking Spanish with her. I was touching the wigs hair with the tip of my fingers because I wasn't sure if that was real hair. Immediately she fix the wig like I moved it or did something bad. With an annoyed face not even a bit of a smile she said that they don't sell human hair wigs because the brand they carry start those at $2000!! She didn't help me at all, didn't even ask what I want or gave me other options..... Just "this is it, we don't have other wigs" . Her words. She was in a hurry to get rid of us. Why??.....Well, we left very frustrated and of course not wanting coming back ever again. And if you are wondering we are both 50 and 60 ,and we were very well dressed and clean!!! Bad sad experience.
