We just moved here so this was our first experience with Franklins. Darla the sales person was very helpful with our selection. When we had a small issue with one of the lights Jessie came out to help us in home He was extremely knowledgeable, honest and professional (as was Darla). We will def be back. Thank you all!

So many options! I wish I had come to this store first. I called Pam asking about a certain light fixture. Went to the store to look at it - purchased the floor model. The entire process from entering the store to having the fixture put in my car took less than 30 min. Great experience
