Everyone knows pokemon is crazy now so I come in today and actually find surging sparks on the shelf so I grab 10 packs and wait in line to check out. After waiting on the guy at the counter to gawk at some kids pokemon slabs they are just showing off and then even longer while he tries to sell the other people in front of me useless insurance on a controller I finally get to the counter to check out just to be told there is a limit of 5 on pokemon sleeved packs when there is no sign stating this and no where on line does it state any limits. Just know there were plenty of packs left on the shelf as well. I work a full time job every day and don't get the opportunity all the scalpers get to buy packs and clean out the shelves just to jack up these rediculous prices. Needless to say I put everything back and walked out. I have been a pro member for quite a long time and have spent 1000s of dollars with this store and company and this is rediculous. You know very well people are allowed to walk out with way more than 5 packs of cards especially when they are being tucked out the back door. If there's going to be a limit on things at least post it somewhere instead of wasting my time.

THIS GAMESTOP SUCKS! DO NOT COME HERE. said they would have prismatic evolutions pokemon cards today but they told everyone that they couldn't have any, this was a waste if people's time they wasted 30 people's time.

Store sucks I was in line and when my was next girls said oh sorry the guy in a black shirt was next waiting for an hour even though wasn’t in line but she said he was doing a trade the customer pulls out stacks of games and controllers and she didn’t ever start the trade yet I had 5 games would have taken couple of mins never going to this location again and never going any GameStop do not go on cattle man rd all bs

This store ordered a game for me to be shipped to my house. The game never arrived it has now been two weeks since it should have been delivered. Gamestop has been unbelievably unhelpful the game is clearly lost at this point. All the would do is give me a number for corporate and wished me luck. This is one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had.

I had a wonderful experience at GameStop thanks to Javi. He was incredibly friendly and efficient, making the checkout process smooth and pleasant. His positive attitude and warm smile truly made my day. Highly recommend this store, and a big shoutout to Javi for all of his help!

Javie is the absolute best he is always very helpful and Patient specially when I ask a bunch of questions, he always make sure I get the best deal for my money and take advantage of whatever sale is going on. He also recommended the pro service and now I’m able to pre-order Funko’s, he deserves recognition. If anyone from GameStop would like to contact me, I would love to give you a review. It’s game stop. You’re there for the ease of access in getting a product in your hands today that otherwise you might not online. The over charging is a definite issue that needs to be addressed. The staff. Whatever. I don’t expect peak performance from an entry level employee at a dying game company. It is what it is. If you want it. Do it.

Javier is the man! He was able to set me up with a preowned PS5 and assisted me with trading in my PS4 to save me some cash, and also allowing me to get Baldur’s Gate which is my new addiction. Thanks Javier!!

Usually when I go to this GameStop I get great customer service as well as good working products but my last few experiences at this specific store have been absolutely horrible. I recently purchased a mortal kombat for the Xbox 360 and was given a water damaged disk that would not run on my console at all, and on top of that the cashier was extremely rude and needs to go through more training. I went back to replace the product and was told I was going to have to wait for it to be shipped to my house and not given a date or information on how to check for my delivery.

The whole store should be fired . Caleb charged me for warranties without asking if I wanted them on my games. Went back and got a refund. I called Caleb out on this and he denied it even after his coworkers says he does it everyday.Today my Son went in to buy two games and Caleb and the young girl that worked there ignored him and would not ring up his two games. I went back in with him and the female employee said she was off the clock and could not help him when he first came in. That was a lie because after I went back in she was helping a different customer and Caleb came out and asked what we needed. I have no idea why GameStop employees this guy because he could care less about the customers that come in. If Caleb wants to ignore me and my Son that is fine because I will not be back in until he is fired.

I don’t know how Caleb keeps his job. Horrible customer service, charges warranties without consent, ignores you while you’re standing at the register to check out, and just plain rude. I will never go to this GameStop again while he’s working at this store.
