Lazy and terrible service. Attempted to repair iPhone screen here, what a joke. Tech was about to clock out... why would you let me make an appointment for 5pm if this doesn't work? Terrible service, poorly managed store. Go somewhere else. Wasted 30 minutes for nothing.

Horrible. Tried telling me the OS was bad when I had just had the computer on 15 minutes prior to dropping it off. Not very tech savvy at this location.

I had a fantastic experience with Best Buy’s Geek Squad, thanks to Michael. I needed to get my GoPro sent out for repairs, and he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, patient, and super helpful, walking me through every step and ensuring I understood what to expect. Excellent customer service like this makes all the difference—I’ll definitely be returning for any future tech needs. Thanks again, Michael!

Had an appointment for a diagnosis. (Lap top wouldn't turn on) Geek Squad guy didn't look at it. Plugged it in and verified that it wouldn't turn on. Told me they don't diagnose in store. Would be $85.00 and 3 weeks to diagnose. But, based on everything we said, 'won't turn on' he was sure it was the motherboard and or graphics card. Said several hundred dollars if they could even get the part. Did everything in his power to talk me out of it. Told me they have computers that come in that are a year maybe 2 old that are trash and have to get a new one. Watched a YouTube video on the way home. Fixed it myself for $12.00 with zero experience. I wouldn't recommend Geek Squad to change a light bulb. Good luck.
