The only truck repair facility I would ever use. Many times we prefer to take trucks still under warranty to Jim's because we trust him over the dealer.

To whom it may be of help. I have known Jim the owner of 'Jim's Auto' since 1984 and not only sent my own vehicles to Jim's but I ALWAYS have recomended Jim's shop to any women who are needing their vehicle repaired. I have been a mechanic for going on 50 years and have yet to find a shop owner as knowkedgable and honest as Jim (The owner) . I found these reviews as I was going to call Jim since I've moved to Nothern FL. and my back has debilitated me. I'm looking at a five hour trip to take one of my vehicles to JIm as I have not been able to find a local reputable shop since leaving Sarasota. That includes dealerships. The only other shop I use is Val's in Cheifland, FL for the same moral reasons. Why go to Jim's while Val's is hours closer ? Because the repair is not covered at Val's and Jim is better suited. I am an ASE medium heavy master certified truck tech, master transport bus tech, ASE cert auto tech, certified in man carrying equipment for FP&L plus derricks etc. Certified welder, also cert. in HP steam pipe, a universally certified A/C tech., including certification in commercial chiller units. So, what I mean is I can speak no higher of any mechanic I know still living . Jim has always been a top notch mechanic, person and the most honest buisness owner I have ever known . The FEW reveiws that reflected otherwise is why I felt it nessisary to write this reveiw . The 'people' who work for Jim I cannot speak for as I don't know them, let me add Jim tends to be out working on customer cars giving them the best personnal attention and service he can as that is just .....Jim. If you have an 'issue' talk to Jim and I can assure you you will not regret it. Sincerly, Vern

These guys have been great to work with and very knowledgeable about every piece of equipment we have. Prices are fair and it is hard to find somebody this good to work on commercial trucks. Great work

If Zero stars was possible this Tow Yard would be getting it. Horrible Customer Service! The lady in the front has a b*tchy attitude for no reason towards paying customers. Make arrangements to stay far away from this place or stuff will go missing from your vehicle.

brought my car in to get a/c checked cause it wouldnt cool, turned out to be just low refrigerant, 15 minutes later and my car is super comfortable. glad i got this done before summer really hit.
