Went to go look at new cars and met with Valentino I ended up buying a brand new 2025 Nissan Rogue Platinum in a gorgeous red, I highly recommend asking for Valentino if you go in there. What a absolutely excellent experience 10 out of 10 .

Actually had a very good experience at this dealership buying a used Mazda after having a bad experience at a different dealership. Everyone was really nice. The pressure to buy was light. The manager Conrad was great! He actually kept my son entertained while I signed the paperwork. Overall very pleasant experience and so far I’m happy with the car. I also got a good deal with only having to lightly negotiate.

No stars. We brought our car in for service. They charged us over $500 for regular service and maintenance, and they failed to even open the hood or do the service. In the hood was an obvious rat's nest and dirty engine which they said they cleaned. They said they checked everything. Look at the battery. They will not refund or respond. Do not take your vehicle here. Pictures are from post supposed service.

BEST CAR PURCHASE EVER— JEV EDMOND !! We’ve been purchasing/leasing cars for the past 35 years.. and we have to say that we have never had such a GREAT experience as we had with our purchase w Jev Edmond and Gettel Nissan in Sarasota!!! In fact every single sales person, sales manager there was unbelievably welcoming and extremely friendly!!

Although my sales experience was very pleasurable. I recently had my truck in for the oil change.But never change the oil.I have three hundred miles on it since the oil change and it is black right now. I've had a Nissan before and when it was out of Warranty.I changed the oil my self and have new oil for a comparison in the photo.

Mixed feelings. Overall good experience but when we left there was a recall on the car and the piece does not exist, this is impeding our full utilization of the vehicle. We also had to re-do the paperwork after the fact, small error, no biggie, but then the recall and also got an 8% rating, suspicious that a better rate could have been obtained.

I recently purchased a Nissan, my 7th vehicle between the 2 Gettels since 2005 and this experience was by far the absolute worst. As a former office manager of a dealership for many years I understand the business. This time I was lied to and disrespected throughout the process. It was extremely disappointing. I should have walked out. There will not be an 8th purchase here.
So much for customer loyalty.
