Had a great experience buying the car from Jim and Nick especially as a 19 year old college student who is often not taken seriously because of my age. 2 months after buying my car the A/C just cuts out so I'm told to bring it into gettel nissan WALKING DISTANCE from hyundai where i bought the car. Long story short the two business have poor communication, poor customer service, and even poorer attitudes. I was given a 4,000 dollar quote and told my 3 month platinum warranty didn't apply which was bullshit so I took it back to hyundai where i was constantly overlooked and ignored. No one would answer my calls or get back to me, i was left in the dark. They said the car needed to sit to find the "issue" but my progressive snapshot showed the car was being driven around for miles with 13 hard breaks....the a/c is the issue not the breaks. When I confronted them about the progressive situation, they completely beat around the bush and said they didn't drive it like that. My car sat there for 16 days...16 days of ubers, missing work, and completely confused on what was going on. After everything was said and done and they couldn't do anything to fix the car, I was completely disrespected by Creg the G/M. I never raised my voice or got angry, just frustrated so i asked to make it worth my while for a free oil change or something to just make me leave a little happier and not feeling like i completely wasted my time. I understand situations like this happen and everyone was baring with me but the gm Creg was a dick sucking, kissing his mother on the mouth, big ego, terrible managing mother fucker. I understand why two great people (Jim and Nick) left this unmanageable shithole.

HORRENDOUS. Took our Hyundai in to have leak fixed and they charged $986 to look for the leak. While doing so, they had snapped off the clamp for fuel pump, which I also had to pay for. Conclusion was that the head gasket was leaking which I declined to have fixed. When I came to pick up the car all of the sudden the radio infotainment system is totally gone, meaning all it shows are a bunch of codes and every single light in the car was now on. They essentially told me that I was S.O.L.

I live in CA and called them about a car they advertised on Autotrader for $5990. After speaking with them they added about $3000 to the price which included $1,099 Pre-Delivery Service Fee** and $385 Electronic Tag Registration Service Fee** and dealer installed options and $1,495 reconditioning fee. Plus license and tax. My $6000 car is now about $11000. Lots of hidden fees. Other dealers are above board with the pricing. Be careful before you buy!!

I referred a family member to purchase a 2023 Hyundai Tucson Limited to this dealer using Hyundai Family Circle Plan and I would like to express my thanks for the GM and staff for working with referred family. She got the deal without any hassle and made sure they attended to her as Hyundai Family! Highly recommended

I was looking to buy a car and I saw that their car was $3000 below average cars. However, if you look at the fees, the fees make up for it .a delivery fee, a cleaning fee, a charge to send registration electronically . of course I'm not buying a car from this dealer.

Service is a mess. They do not answer their calls nor do they return calls when you leave a voice mail. I have to call sales and then even they say that service is terrible in answering calls. This is terrible for a service organization!

I was promised a check of $150 return the 3% they charged me when I charged money to my credit card. It was promised in two weeks, I am now chasing my money. I even have a signed form by them that I am due the $150. After many phone calls, promises etc nobody can tell me why they are not issuing the check. Nobody but the salesman even call me back. This is terrible customer service. I even had trouble getting the plates for the car, again having trouble getting people call me back. Again terrible customer service. Quick to sell no follow through for other problems. Be careful with their promises.

I brought my car for service today and was pleasantly surprised with the great customer service and professionalism from the staff. My advisor James McCormick was ready to help me, getting my car serviced within 1 hr, with oil change, tires rotation and a quick car wash. Thank you very much, James. I totally recommend this car dealer.

DO NOT go to Gettle Hyundai. This is the second time bringing my car in for a service and they've damaged my car in some way. First time was a massive scratch down the side door-tried to insist it wasn't from them due to not working on the door at all. Photos they had clearly showed no scratch when I dropped off. They buffed out the scratch for me. Second time they absolutely gouged out a couple pieces on my bumper. Something that can't be buffed out and will need to be replaced. Photos they took of the before don't show it there, but they refuse to replace the bumper/fix it (after two employees stated they didn't see it before and also don't see any damages in the photos)

Worst service department EVER! Oil change... over 2 1/2 hour wait! I don't care if it's 'free' for the first 3 years...I would rather pay or drive to venice! I also need to add I had grease fingerprints all over glovebox from them checking my cabin filter... that they claimed I needed to change..my car is not even 9 months old yet! C'mon really?!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE. They "fixed" a valve cover gasket which was covered under warranty. Took the car to another mechanic 2 days later for another reason only to find the valve cover gasket was not sealed properly which if not found would have caused irreversible damage to the car. I let Gettel know and they agreed to refund me my out of pocket for having the valve cover gasket fixed by the other mechanic but only if I signed a form releasing them of any future issues. I refused so they won't give me the money for their negligence.

Brought my Veloster in to have an alarming noise checked out. A technician rode in the car with me, heard the noise, and said it sounded like an issue related to the axle. I left the car with them. They called me up and said they were going to "pull off the axle and figure out the problem", and I authorized this. Instead, according to the invoice, what they did was attach "chassis ears" to approximate the location of the noise, and called a tech line to ask what they should do. Then they told me they had to replace the car's middle support bracket brace, and I authorized it. They later told me the brake pads are a cause of the noise and need changing as well, so I authorized that too. 500 dollars and a few weeks later, they give the car back saying the noise is fixed and there are no major concerns with the car. They feed me a story about how "there were actually three noises" and they fixed two of them by changing that brace and changing the brake pads, and I "might still notice a slight popping noise" but that it's no concern. Driving home, the car is still making the exact same noise as before we brought it in. We bring it back again the next day. This time, they actually DO go ahead and pull the axle off, and they immediately find what the problem was the whole time- an "extremely loose" hub and bearing, that "definitely" needs to be replaced- for 760 more dollars. If you bring your car here for service, you will be kept in the dark about what's happening with it, and fed a daisy-chain of information through your service rep while they come up with more unneeded things to charge you hundreds of dollars for. I never saw any proof that the bracket brace was broken or damaged. On the invoices, the description of what was wrong with the axle bearing when they opened it up is highly detailed. The description for replacing the bracket brace was left blank. When I asked my service rep if it was broken when they pulled it out, her response was "probably". There is also no written record of a noise coming from my brakes, the invoice simply says "customer request rear brake service". There was never any noise from the rear of the car, over the phone I thought they were talking about front brakes. The invoice stated that there were multiple "multi-point video inspections for customer viewing" taken, and when I asked to see them, they just said "sorry we don't have them". Also they offered to wash my car, I said yes, they wrote WASH on the form, and when I got my car back it hadn't been washed.
