Bad experience, when i went to return an item i bought with my debit card, the "man in charge" as he said wouldn't do a return unless i had a receipt. Which if you pull up my bank statement it will show proof of purchase. He refused that so i said ok I'll go home and grab my receipt. But first let me speak to the manager above you. He liked and said that there is no manager above him. I said there had to be someone above you and he changed his statement and said yes there is somebody but I'm not telling you. I pulled out my camera and recorded him verifying that he wasn't going to tell me who the who i could talk to about the situation. Don't trust that Guy at the desk. Because purchasing items. Matter of fact don't shop there. Bad business practices all around

Drove 30 minutes just for no one to be there sat and waited for about 20 minutes because I thought maybe they were in the restroom all the lights were on it was clearly supposed to be open but nobody came. No way to run a business. Pitiful.

For the last week I’ve been trying to make a purchase at this place. And whoever works here seems to have the best hours because they’re NEVER open. I look up the hours and go to the store and they’re always closed early. I don’t know if it’s the person who is closing or what. I call and no one answers, and the times posted online are obviously wrong because they aren’t open during the hours posted. I work so I obviously cannot go until later in the day but the three times I’ve tried to go they’ve always been closed. I’ll just order my products off line instead of purchasing through this organization.

The store was supposed to be open until five got there at 4 o’clock closed no excuse just closed they sent out an email saying we have this product and that product is in stock well the email lied, I did go in the store Monday morning, they were 15 minutes late opening, they over priced the KN 95 masks, they are price gouging so I let the state know they were charging 12 times what the price should be! This mask IS NOT THE SAME AS THE N95! Don’t be fooled!

Eddie is an awesome customer service representative; listens to needs of customer; provides recommended options; and always offers additional and worthy advice. He made the exchange of online purchase with instore inventory quite easy and a pleasant experience.

I shop at GNC all the time so when I was lost in an unfamiliar area, I went into what I thought would be a safe, customer friendly branded location. I was wrong. I was not greeted at all, there were zero customers in the store but when I walked in the employee Eddie looked at me like why am I in his store, and when I greeted him in a friendly manner opposite of what I recieved he basically refused to help me. I asked him for directions and explained that I needed help because my phone had died and I was traveling alone and was lost. He refused to help me, and rudely told me "I am busy, I dont have time for this!" So I left and went to Party City nearby and although they were extremely busy, the cashier helped me and made sure I was good with where to go since it would be dark soon. I did not feel like a person in this GNC, Eddie was rude, mean, inhumane, and honestly shouldn't be there in customer service. I feel that if I were white and needed directions, he would of been happy to help me. He didn't know me, or that I was a loyal GNC customer but he definitely judged me and refused to help me although he easily could have. I use to work in customer service and sometimes employee training helps, but in this case when racist judgements impact your service to all customers you need to be fired. I'm sure I am not the first or the last black person that he treated less than human. Worst experience I've ever had at any GNC location.
