Not a good reputable car lot at all I put money down on a vehicle they assured me that it was a good vehicle reliable and it hasn't been I've had to keep getting the car fixed every week one thing after another or when I tried to get in something else that was reliable now they want $1,500 more and I haven't even had the car for 4 months

I bought a high end, immaculate SUV with only 23000 miles at Goldmark Auto yesterday. I'm thrilled! That was my first experience there, but it won't be my last! They put the deal together in just a few hours so I was able to drive away with my beautiful new car the very same day! I was impressed at the quality cars they sell, the variety, and the prices. But what made my experience truly rewarding was their integrity, professionalism, and hard work. Every salesman was pleasant and efficient. Genuinely cannot thank Justin enough for helping me get into my first car to build my credit and genuinely being so helpful for replacing the tires that were low, and offering anymore help if the tire pressure light doesn’t stop coming on after a few days. Dennis was fantastic at answering any and all questions I had about the vehicles I was looking at. If he didn't have the answer he got it for me. Very easy going, low pressure environment. Justin was easy to work with to help the numbers fit for me and my budget, as well as giving me a fair price for my trade in. Although I did not find exactly what I was looking for on the lot, I will definitely be back come time for my next vehicle purchase. Highly recommend.

Inquired about a CanAm that was being sold. Although they state they work with all credit and have internal to find a loan that fits you Justin was very unresponsive. No return calls were placed to me which should have been the bare minimum to inform me of a negative or positive outcome.

Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Couldn’t even make it through a few questions about the car and financing without being talked down to because I recently purchased another car for my wife which dropped my credit some and I didn’t want anymore inquires on my credit report. and now am looking for a car for myself because I sold my truck, but am being questioned as to why I’m buying a car if I just bought one? Most families have more than one vehicle so that would probably be why I’m trying to buy another one …. Try having some respect for future potential customers and not treating people poorly because they asked if you have in house financing….or that they are looking for a second vehicle. 0 out of 10 for these “professionals”. The ones who make them all look bad. Congratulations goldmark your terrible

I had a great experience with the entire team at Goldmark Auto Group. I was purchasing a new SUZ from a dealer in Bradenton, and wanted to have a back-up offer on the vehicle I was going to trade-in at the dealership. Goldmark gave me double what the branded dealership was going to give me on trade. The guys at Goldmark were very easy to do business with, and got me in and out of there quickly. They have a large variety of vehicles for sale on their lot. I would definitely recommend them.
