Until they remember that items are donated to them and they should be resold for a bargain price, not so someone can get rich off of donations. They charge same prices vs getting it new. No one wants old used crap for the price of getting it brand new elsewhere. Goodwill is not good will, unfortunately.

Jason, the manager today at Venice Island Goodwill would not discount broken shoes, literally the bottom on both shoes was coming off. I was willing to pay a discounted price and try to glue them (the shoe glue is $15-20). And another repair with the screw sticking out of the heel. he told me they are priced according and I said same price as all the other pairs?!? He replied, they are mossimo so yes. MOSSIMO IS A TARGET BRAND AND THEY WERE PROBABLY $20 NEW!!!! Went to another store and got a real name brand, Aldo, for $5 in great shape! not the first time this location has been ridiculous. Previously, my Mamaw wanted. a purse and there was no tag on it and they refused to sell it when we asked for a price because "it's not that simple".

I just dropped off several bags and boxes (Saturday 4/17/21). My stuff was nice and fairly new just because I'm moving and need to find a home for it. The kid that was working the one at Bayshore /CVS was so rude. I had to unload the car, then he threw the bags which a lot of it has glass and literally DUMPED the boxes out on the cart. That's not the way I take care of my belongings and don't expect it to be handled that way from an organization that's trying to make money on it. Not going to ever go back to that location

Prices are way too inflated. I have repeatedly seen Walmart items priced higher than they are at Walmart. Why are there so many new items near the checkout? Products of lesser quality than Dollar Tree and cost more? Why is Goodwill spending money on all this junk inventory? They should be using that money to help people They receive plenty of inventory free.

@goodwill. My wife and I went to the Goodwill Bargain Barn location today 11/23/19 for the first and last time. While shopping new items were brought out and patrons line up to shop new goods after they are brought out. While shopping some man used his body to shove my wife and ripped an item out of her hand. When she said something to him he smiled and laughed in her face. Later, other shoppers came to us and said he had been aggressive to other shoppers all day and management had done nothing. He had headphones on, a beard and tattoos on arms and legs. I asked him his name and he told me to quote "kiss off". Shame on Goidwill staff for allowing this to happen and continue! We will not be back where people are allowed to act like animals.

I hate paying full price for anything...Goodwill is a great place to find a great deal, WELL SOMETIMES...I have to agree the prices are getting a bit out of control. YES we realize you have SOME overhead BUT the majority of items on your sales floors are DONATED therefore no overhead in the merchandise at all. Boutique items are RIDICULOUS... a shirt is a shirt no matter what brand it is.
