Some employees are friendly here, but I'd say at least half are incompetent and rude. I was in one minute early today and some lady rudely showed me out and then treated me like I was an idiot for being in there one minute early when the door is unlocked. It used to be better location, but corporate America they're really greedy... how much does the ceo make on donated goods?

Pricing seemed high. We looked up the sand wagon that you take to the beach, same model and the cost was $41.99 at the goodwill Thrift Store the price was $59.99. A lot of new items, however we did find some items and the staff was very friendly.

Very rude and the lady at the dressing rooms was giving people dirty looks and opened a room with someone while they were changing.

You should allow people to see the inside of the games boxes, open them at the counter if you must cause this is the third time I’ve bought something from this location and it’s missing almost all of the pieces! Completely worthless and I wasted money. Or if you are taping them shut you better make sure everything is there before you sell it.

This location should change its name to BADWILL. I've never encountered such rude, inconsiderate and insensitive employees anywhere. This lady was having a diabetic episode and had to sit on one of the couches and was all but physically forced to get up. The employee even reached her hand out to pull the lady up but the lady was too weak to extend her arm luckily or she most likely would have collapsed. Shame on some of you employees, you should be embarrassed of your actions.

So it is reviewed as having good prices. I disagree. They have a fair amount of very overpriced items. Some of the items you can just buy brand new for the same price. I looked mainly in the shelves with household goods, and the bikes
It also has a bunch of brand new items? It is a unique experience for sure!

What on earth happened to this place?
Bunch of broken crap stacked up haphazardly . Anything that’s worth buying is ridiculously priced..
Just taking stuff straight from the donations and throwing it onto a pile and that’s what you have to choose from . Yikes.

This Goodwill location is huge, with an impressive selection of clothing. If you love thrifting, you’ll find plenty to browse through, but be sure to know your brands and retail prices before purchasing—some items are priced surprisingly high for secondhand goods. Short-sleeve tops are $5.99, and long-sleeve tops are $6.99, which can feel steep if the brand is a lower-end chain store.
That said, the store is clean, well-organized, and busy, with a friendly staff that keeps things running smoothly. If you’re patient and know what to look for, you might still find some great deals.

I fully understand the concept of as-is. But, some defects are easier to test for than others.
When it is obvious that all you've done is slap a price tag on an item, that is fraud IMHO.
Over the years, I've donated hundreds and hundreds of $$$ on merchandise to goodwill.
Never again.
Salvation Army, here I come.
