Horrible service. Had an appointment for an oil change and they tell me they can’t take me for an hour and a half. I’m like I have an appointment, what gives. Guy says you made it online it doesn’t work that way. I ask, what’s the point of having an online appointment on the website if it doesn’t work. He just shook his head and said he didn’t know. Will not be going back there!

I used Goodyear last week and the whole team worked with me to get me back on the road again! They were very flexible. They also care about the customer and make you feel like you’re part of the family! I highly recommend they for all your auto needs!

I bought a 2005 Chrysler Sebring with 53,000 miles . The car had been sitting for a while so I decided to take it to Goodyear to have it looked over. Richard and his team asked me to leave the car with them for a day so they could determine what it needed due to having sat so long. I received a call promptly the next day, walking me through a list of items needing replaced including shocks, struts, control arms, new brakes and tires. The repair times more than exceeded my expectations and the crew was super friendly. This beach cruiser now runs like a dream, and I have found a reputable mechanic that has earned a customer for life.

Charles is great! I had a nail in my tire and he got me in quickly and fixed it for free! Definitely will be coming back for any future car issues

I came in late with a nail in my tire and Richard was the only employee there and was very busy. I told him the situation and he stopped was he was doing to help me! I’m very appreciative of him and will definitely be back!

Corey and Richard were able to match the internet price on my tires, efficient install,added alignment and I requested they check front brake wear. Walked out with no “up charges”, hard to find that in most places lately. They have a satisfied customer and they’ll get my repeat business.

I was SO pleased by the service at this Goodyear on Lemon and 4th!
It is a clean, well-organized shop where the staff are very friendly, as well as knowledgeable.
I was especially impressed by the Asst. Manager, Corey Nicholas; he was so helpful!
I plan to make this garage my “go-to” place, and will recommend it to all my friends.

After two separate events where this shop patched a tire and insisted on doing so for free (I tipped the tech each time), I finally was able to purchase new tires and have my front brakes, pads and rotors, replaced here. The help selecting a tire was very informative, and I ended up with a tire much better than stock and for less money. A RAM 1500 is not a cheap vehicle to "reshoe", but Corey and Rich made it painless and more reasonable on my wallet, even helping me with a $175 rebate. I cannot recommend this shop enough.
