Outstanding. I was looking for a next to impossible to find base layer shirt from KLIM. I looked all over planet earth. Nobody had it - except Haps Cycle. I was introduced to Mike in parts and he found the item and was a genuinely great guy to work with. He gave me a great price and made the transaction quick and easy. A+

Never a good experience here. 1. They accidentally had my k1200 repossessed by BMW. 2. A gentleman named Mike in service/ parts never returned my call for my r1200gs fuel pump Recall. 3. They once told me a motorcycle was expensive when I asked for a price. Referring that it was out of my price range. This dealer is your typical cocky BMW motorcycle dealership. I really want to buy the new r1300 GSA but due to lack of good dealers in the area I am struggling to justify.

Hap’s is a great dealership. I have purchased two motorcycles there. The customer support, service department, and parts departments are excellent. So is the insurance department. I will purchase with Hap’s again.

I had an extremely smooth experience
I didn’t realize but I was working with the sales manager and he was super professional super chill super knowledgeable just a super guy pretty much text me the entire deal and only took about 30 min to sign paperwork and get me on the road but the whole store was really relaxing just smooth great bike selection everybody was helpful knowledgeable and I can’t stress they got me out in 30min flat. Also this was my first ever motorcycle and RAY BARKER walked me through the bike made sure I was comfortable and once again did all this within 30min highly recommend the place for anyone looking to grab a bike I’m buying another bike in a few months guess where I’m going 😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃

Knowledgeable! Friendly! The sales guys are very attentive and took their time with me. Teaching me and answering my questions. I had a lot of questions. Lol. The parts guys at the counter were very freindly and ordering and delivery was prompt and accurate! The Technician for BMW, Zack, the kid is super quick and knowledgeable. Knows his stuff! Steve Bixler, the owner, we talked about a lot of things. Bike choices.
Speed, safety, accessories, handling, comfort. The list was long. It was and is a joy to go in and just hang out and talk more and order new stuff for my BMW R1250R. Thanks Guys! God bless you!!

I went to Hap's for years before moving Up North. I bought my 2009 BMW R1200RT there, had it serviced there several times, mostly recalls and warranty issues (stupid fuel strips!).
Once, while waiting on the repair, the service guy left in mid-repair, turning my 2 hr wait into a 4 hr sitting in the customer lounge.
Speaking of that, some effort needs made in there. The remodel was sorely needed and well done while allowing them to remain open the whole time. The lounge area is basic. Some chairs, a few magazines, a TV that might let you watch something or might not.
The staff, from service to sales to ownership were always friendly and helpful, willing to chat when things were slow, let you test ride a potential purchase. I even 'test rode' a bike to retrieve my wallet once when I stupidly left it home.
They even assisted me loading the bike onto the trailer when I moved.
Good folks all around.
