Staff was friendly and helpful. I purchased a few not so common hand tools that may not be the best quality but for the price they are worth it. Store was well organized and clean. I saw 5 employees and they all we’re working. They weren’t standing around, hiding or texting on their cell phones.

Bro I HATE going here. I’ve been by several times this past week and every time I get this nasty cashier Melissa who has zero patience, a terrible attitude and no customer service skills. I would have been able to buy a lot more things if she was patient enough to allow me to show her the items I needed. This is not a one incident situation everyone I go here, I get her it’s like she’s the only cashier in the entire building. Put her in the back she clearly doesn’t like interacting with customers no one wants to deal with that.

I recently had an excellent experience with Travis Woods at Harbor Freight. From the moment I reached out to him for help, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. Travis Woods went ABOVE and BEYOND to address my concerns and resolve the issue quickly.
What stood out the most was his attention to detail and willingness to listen to my concern. He made me feel valued as a customer, and I truly appreciated his effort to follow up on store and make sure I got what I needed for a job.
I would highly recommend Harbor Freight- Sarasota Clark Road location to anyone looking for exceptional service. They’ve earned my trust and loyalty!

The return policy is VERY POOR, not the fault of the employees, however. An unopened, unused long-nose plier with the receipt worth $7.00 WAS REFUSED A RETURN unless I surrendered my phone number and drivers license and signature. I was surprised fingerprinting and a video-tape confession was not required!
