Very nice experience all the way around.. when we couldn't find a leather sofa in a certain color, Tammy guided us to consider one in their clearance section, which turned out to be the perfect color, it was also comfortable and at a discounted price as well. The delivery team was super considerate of our floors when I had a concern about the wheels on their dolly, they carried it in by hand.. and when they discovered that the power cord was missing, they called the store and made sure it was there, and when they offered to bring it, we decided to pick it up from the store the next day. The manager, Dave, made sure we were taken care of to our satisfaction. All in all, it was a wonderful experience to ship at Havertys, and we will go there again!

The experience at Haverty's was awesome. Torin was super professional. He approached us & introduced himself. He asked why we were in. He pointed us in the direction of the items we were looking for. But we said we wanted to look at the entire store. He then allowed up to view your showroom without feeling the pressure of having a rep follow us. Once we got to the mattresses and bases, he spent time educating us on each brand, the features & benefits of each mattress and was very patient with all our questions...and there were many. We left and went down the road to Mattress Firm and the experience was day & night. We left there & immediately came back to Torin.
At the end of the day, all furniture stores have mattresses and bases. To add to the competition, there are stores the specialize on mattresses. What they do not have is the level of service & professionalism that Torin has gained over her 10+ years at Haverty's. Good egg, good hire and a good ambassador for the Haverty's brand.

We purchased our first sofa from Havertys, but it was wrecked in Hurricane Ian. Despite our claim being denied by Guardsman, no help was offered by Havertys. Wanting to support the business anyway, we bought a second couch from them 7 months later. Unfortunately, this couch turned out to be defective. Guardsman denied our claim again, and it’s clear this is not wear and tear but a defect.
Havertys did not offer a proper solution that didn't involve us buying more items to replace their defective product. No thanks. I’m not giving you another penny. I’m only taking the time to write this because I think people should know the quality of your furniture and the lack of support from both you and your joke of a warranty program. Save your money!
In contrast, Rooms To Go has provided us with amazing customer service and beautiful options. We are very happy with our new sectional from Rooms 2 Go. They even gave us their card to call them to come out for small issues like tough stains.

Another great experience with Haverty's. Torin Major, the best sales assistant ever, helped me again with a new mattress. All my questions were answered and I always feel like I have received top notch assistance. Their delivery service is amazing, just all facets of my purchases there have been stellar experiences. I won't shop anywhere else.
