Robin was AWESOME. I needed to downsize my unit and instead of doing a transfer, I panic purchased a 2nd unit the night before I needed to move. The next morning I was transferred to Robin who straightened my mess out and got me exactly what I needed across the hall from my original unit. So grateful for her professionalism and effort!

Robin has always been very helpful. Today I went to my unit, put in the key and it broken as I turned it to open the lock. She was able to get the lock drilled ASAP so I could get in the unit. Thanks Robin.

Do not rent from here. Paying $460 a month (after 2 years) for a unit that I can move into two doors down for $220, (Since we only put the unit in my husband’s name, I can rent one new at that rate just have to move my stuff down). They offered me $28 off of my increase but couldn’t guarantee it longer than a month. I’m well aware that these storage companies are usually a racket, but this is unbelievable. This companies Customer service is terrible and they do not value long term tenants. Called customer service was hung up on by one of their “upper management” representatives because they didn’t like hearing my frustrations over the vague answered they kept repeating. When a customer service representative continually references corporate as a reasoning behind, why nothing can be done. It’s very clear that the service department is outsourced. Also the discount wasn’t processed prior to them hanging up so I’m back at square one. Angry and annoyed.

I Storage was great! Robin greeted me when I walked in the door. She was very thorough in explaining my options. She took the time to show me the different size units so I could decide which one would work for me. Robin was awesome! If you need storage see Robin and she will take care of you! Thank you Robin!
