Home Depot always welcomes shelter animals in the store to practice their skills! Bernie enjoyed his visit to the store. It’s also a great place to shop and staff is always helpful!

I don't know how this store got even two stars. We ordered kitchen countertops from Home Depot in early November. We were assured that the countertops would arrive and be installed within two weeks. It has been two months and all we get is the run around. We do not have use of the kitchen and all of the new appliances are cluttering up the living room (they cannot be installed until the countertops are installed). Home depot will not take responsibility for the outside vendor they assigned this project, Distinctive Surfaces of Florida. I have called Distinctive Surfaces dozens of times at all hours but the phone is never answered. Stay away from Home Depot on Cattleman and Distinctive surfaces of Florida.

It's no star for disrespectful home depo company . I can give them -1 for the service and customer service. They schedule last week delivery for December 27 window of waiting time 12h after waiting 12h nobody even call nobody show up with my staff And they charged me for that professional service $80. They all ready own me money for waiting for them 12h. Store has 2 star rating Im not surprised why. We don't need store like that in our neighborhood. We need someone who's will care for clients but another question do we have any servise in this Country who's cares ?

So if you buy anything on a credit card.. like I had some work done for me, I paid the person to do it..they bought the supplies & I paid him for everything at the end. Turns out one of them was the wrong thing and so I wanted to exchange it. For same exact price item.. same thing just different model...But because I showed the receipt they told me they needed to put the money back on the card that it was bought on & I could not get a store credit or exchange it. Says it was their policy even though I've already paid this person so I certainly didn't want to do that but had no choice so they got even more money & I had to buy another one. Anyway.. I always save receipts for stores but ridiculously if you want to exchange some thing at Home Depot and you're in this type of situation..do not bring your receipt!! Most stores I would say do because they let you exchange but not this store so leave your receipt at home and tell them you don't have it to get a store credit so then you can get what you need and not be out money. Very stupid policy once something has been paid for a month ago to not allow a store credit or even exchange with a receipt! I learned "losing" the receipt to simply exchange is Tyrone easiest way. If it was more money I would have taken it to another store & "lost" the receipt. Mental note for next time I hire someone & didn't use my own card! Thanks for the lesson in ridiculousness Home Depot!

Ordered a pantry door back in January and said it would be delivered in 6 to 8 weeks, it’s been 9 months and they still keep pushing back the delivery dates…… a FREEKING PANTRY DOOR PEOPLE. Worst experience ever.

Home Depot stole my money and doesn’t honor their commitments. I ordered doors back in April. I had to pay in full for the doors. Was told they would be in around June 11. It is the middle of July and the doors are no where in sight. The door department doesn’t answer their phone. So I went into the store and they have every excuse in the books as to why the doors are not here. However, they still can’t give me a delivery date. But they sure like to hold onto my $8000. The worst customer service. Back in April Hernando would call me a couple of times a week to order the doors. Now they have my money they don’t answer the phone. Funny how I can see exactly where my package is with Amazon, but Home Depot has no idea where the doors are and when they will arrive. I guess honestly and technology isn’t their thing.

Repeat of the prior post. Worst customer service anywhere and meanest staff. After waiting 2 1/2 months for a new entry door unit, they call to say it is ready to install, then on date of install no show. Later they call and say "someone" smashed it and it is too damaged to install. We go there, and it is smashed in like someone going full speed on a forklift. No apology, no offer to expedite new order or discount new order, Nothing. They say wait for a few days and we will talk to the factory. Then nothing. I finally had to call and ask for a refund, when they had $2700 of our money for months. NEVER go there for more than a few nails!

We have gone to this Home Depot a number of times so it was time to write a review. The store seems clean and organized but lacking in inventory. Is it the pandemic or are they keeping low stock? We've been there numerous times to not find what we needed-recently, irrigation supplies to water plants in the yard. Other times, common hardware that they didn't have in stock. The one bright spot for me is the Garden Center. They have a great assortment of plants and related supplies. Especially, one man who is very knowledgeable and helpful-I wish I could recall his name but I will correct this when I go back! The main store is 3/5 stars but garden center is 4/5 bringing overall to 3.5 but I rounded up since I do not know the reason for shortage of supplies. I still recommend and will be going back, I'm sure, often.

We just experienced the worst customer service we have ever received any place! We ordered a stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher from Home Depot, paid for installation for all and removal of the old appliances. When the delivery came, the driver barely spoke English, said he couldn't hook up the refrigerator because he wasn't allowed to touch water. Wouldn't put the microwave up because there was a cord close to it which could easily have been moved. The stove was showing an error message that he insisted would go away but it still hasn't. He ended up agreeing to plug the refrigerator in in the dining room, but refused to take the old one. He said a plumber would call within 24 - 48 hours to arrange install and he would remove the old refrigerator. Said we would have to hire a handy man to hang the microwave. It has now been a week, multiple calls to Home Depot and still no word from their plumber. My poor husband was on eternal hold with them 3 times and each time they said he would need to talk with a manager. They would put him back on hold and then hang up. This literally happened 3 times and no one returned the call. Buyer Beware is all I can say about this incredibly disappointing and unsatisfactory experience with Home Depot!

Do not use the rental department. Snake head broke off inside pipe immediately. No pressure or obstruction. Just broke off. Spent the rest of the day digging out pipe to retrieve head! Cashier refused to refund money. Total junk equipment! Snake was sent out with defective reverse (not working) and broken cutting head. Very disappointed. I feel cheated. Cashier stated because he wasn't there to see it that I do not deserve a refund. I didn't know I had the option of having him there. These people are not ethical and give bogus explanations for keeping your money. Beware. Look at their rating!
