Terrible office, terrible preparers, they screwed up my taxes, and although I paid for the 'peace of mind guarantee' they refuse to reimburse me for the mistake they made, I spoke to the reginal boss and she keeps giving me the run around as well, so much for the peace of mind guarantee.

missing important information which I myself asked that day if I had to give it, I did everything they told me and brought the documents they gave me. They asked, but it turns out that I received a letter from the IRS that I had to bring that document, I went there to ask what had happened and they didn't even know what to answer me, the girl who speaks Spanish is the only one who is friendly and she helped me by explaining to me what it was. what the IRS was asking for because it was super confusing, I had to do it myself to send everything by fax, it was the only way they accepted, so I call again so they can tell me what happens with the money and the whole process, since I had waited almost a month and had had no answers, as it turns out that now they will refund me less money and they will not be responsible, which seems terribly unprofessional to me, very disappointed, I would not recommend them at all ?

Went to this location last weekend and witnessed one of their tax advisors angrily yelling and berating the front desk staff while physically pounding the counters hard and making an asinine fool of themselves. Tax person was a cranky-looking thin older female with short cropped hair. Goes by Jo??? There were other customers in the lobby and it was embarrassing to experience that. Very unprofessional and chaotic environment. Unbelievable that this is how they treat their customer service staff. Maybe this is a warning to NOT WORK HERE. Not sure how well they do taxes but not getting my taxes done by that raging woman.
