This location basically doesn’t want new customers. I wanted a quick average quote (which is supposed to be that way, everyone wants to learn the price before getting any kind of service) lady at front desk told me they cant give me a quote unless I have my documents with me, I said I have them in my laptop, she said I have to print them and I said I can show it today and make an appointment later and bring them. Later she said all appointments are booked so they cant help me out at all. Very disappointed. I was there because my friend told me about their service. Nobody was there to help me out, instead I felt like I didn’t belong there and I was doing something I don’t suppose to. I wouldn’t use their services after this experience.

I am still waiting for the Manager or Kerry to contact me regarding my mother’s taxes. There is a huge discrepancy ($30,000) in her taxes that she does not owe to the IRS. Kerry was sent all of the information he needs to correct his mistake and has not responded to her messages or mine for over a week. Kerry needs to amend the tax payment and resubmit or she needs to be completely refunded and we will go to an Accountant who is competent to properly submit her taxes. Please have the Manager contact me.

Highly recommend the H&R Block location on Tamiami Trail. The tax preparer Christine was knowledgeable, informative and genuinely cared. Took the time to answer all of my questions and made the process seem less. I highly recommend H&R Block.

We uploaded all information they needed to prepare returns. They made an appointment and insisted that we both attend. Waited an entire hour past the appointment time. At 20 minutes past we asked how long we would have to wait and we’re told they would only be another 10-15. Asked again 15 minutes later and were told they don’t know how long and said we could reschedule. Like we want to come back and do it another time
