Do not use this company. They botched my job, then left it unfinished and in a complete mess. I have been unsuccessful in reaching them to get them to fix it. I now have another company doing the finish and repair. It cost me several thousand dollars additional and I'm considering suing them, but probably not worth the time.

I have never had a worse experience. Don't get fooled. They are terrible! I am not sure who has had any work done by them, but from the 5 star reviews they have to be lying or just their friends. Didn't get what we ordered, never calls you back, poor quality work, just wants to collect money and run. If you love unhappiness and frustration, use them. If you want your sanity find ANYONE else. Left us high and dry with a partial kitchen without ANY of the details agreed to and in their "drawings".

Do not use these people. Beware they use two different company names. Iconic Stone Design and Allure Stone design. Cheats and scammers! They will take your money and never look back. They do not guarantee there products or workmanship!

I had to pick a star to leave a comment. Terrible company- looks like they went out of business because they paid themselves over $100,000 each instead of paying their bills. I paid them 97% of the job ( big mistake) they took my money and ran. Shorted us cabinets, pullout draws, put on 59 pulls myself, shorted me materials and had to purchase them retail. Finished the trim and crown molding myself. They owe me $7500.00, so don't purchase from them when they try to start-up again. Horrible fa.iky stealing from us.

I am pursuing legal help to get the money back that they stole. I have heard from them once in 10 months. They didn’t show up to the installation date and I haven’t heard from them since.

There is to much to say and not enough room for it on here. This company also known as Allure Stone Design took $12,600.00 deposit from us in February 19th of this year. Nothing has been done to our kitchen other than what I have done to try to help. I can tell you this don't deal with this company, I now had to contact a lawyer to try to get my money back so I can get my kitchen done. They don't communicate and they don't care. I have proof of everything and I will share it if need be so no one else has to go through this. It seems to happen more and more these days of contractors taking advantage of clients. If you need proof just let me know.

Would not go anywhere else for countertops! Melissa is very professional and her artistic eye for beautiful stone is unparalleled! Her design sense and consideration for the homeowners wants are incredible! She helped us pick the perfect countertops for our design! And incredibly quick and professional service. This company and family are top notch! We will be using them again for bathrooms! Love love love Iconic stone design!

The work on the countertops was well planned and executed. Upon discovery of need to properly fix an outlet on the countertop, the company did not follow up. Melissa did not respond to my calls. Volcan did not return to repair a minor problem. This company warranties its work. They did not complete the job as anticipated. Consequently, I cannot recommend their follow-up. Be careful.

I hired Iconic Stone to do both of my bathrooms and my kitchen. Let me just start off by saying that they provided 5 star service. They were always quick to respond and on top of everything. They helped me get the exact stone that I wanted, and it was cut and installed within a matter of a few short weeks. Not only did they get the countertops installed quickly, but the countertops look amazing. I cannot recommend these guys anymore. If you need countertops, Iconic Stone should be your one and only stop. They are a family run business, and they truly care about their customers. Amazing!

Maybe the worst experience ever with a business. Horrible customer service. Ignore emails, texts and calls. Said would install following week. Never did and did not contact. Said would install first thing in am on a day. Did not. When contacted made excuses. Poor quality work. Damage to cabinets. Messy. Stopped payment due to quality and history of not showing up. Instead of coming to fix, they made ultimatums and then threatened to sue me so we will go to court. I am all for that as I have evidence of poor customer service and quality of work. And made offer for them to fix mistakes and get paid. Run from this business

4 years ago, Iconic Stone Design installed Granite countertops in our kitchen. They were kind, professional and did a beautiful job.When it was time for another project, we went immediately to Iconic.Once again they exceeded our expectations.
