Avoid these guys like the plague.
I hope this business reads this too.
Few years back they did my upstairs in porcelain tile. I recently had a tile crack when something fell on it (which really should never happen).
When we replaced this broken tile it became apparent why it cracked: the installer only used 2 small splotches of thinset on each side of the tile only. Absolutely ridiculous.
Unfortunately I was out of town when they installed it, so I couldn't see what lay under the tile...
And unfortunately it was far enough after installation that the trouble of either asking money back or taking to court... or the destruction of having them redo it properly, just was not worth the effort.
Shoddy work. Avoid.

Glenn, sales, has tons of knowledge from his years of experience. If they don’t stock the flooring or bathroom / kitchen tile he can get it at a good price. And the installer, Hugo, is a real artist. He’s meticulous and a pleasure to work with.

Interior floors has done a fantastic job for us twice now as we have recovered from hurricanes that damaged our condo. The tile installation crew has done meticulous quality work, including patching areas around our kitchen cabinets where the replacement cabinets did not match the originals. In addition to the tile work, they have also done a great job with baseboards and door casings that have left our condominium looking better than ever. Their sales rep Glenn has been extremely flexible, patient, and creative and coming up with solutions to some of our problems, even as there have been significant delays with remediation efforts. I give Interior Floors my highest rating for quality work and customer service.

I have waited years for my whitewashed oak floors. Joe at interior floors had the perfect product. When I got home yesterday I literally cried with joy. My floors were done and they feel incredible to walk on. I could never imagine that a hard floor would feel soft on my feet. Thank you to Joe and his team for making my dream come true.

The service was fast and very nicely done. There was a single tile that was a bit higher than the rest, but after calling them they replaced it swiftly and free of charge.

Glenn showed us a variety of engineered wood products. We chose a dark one to go with our pale furniture. Everything came out really great. Adriano and his installing crew were awesome and the result is a first class look! I would recommend Interior Floors LLC anytime.
