This is suchhhh an awesome place. Stephanie rocks!!! If you need an intense workout, take Stretch and Flex with Alex on Mondays.

I wanted to say how much I truly appreciate Alex’s class. She is a fantastic teacher and really is helping me gain confidence in pole ❤️ I’m trying to make more of her classes because she helps me believe in myself and try things. I never thought I could do.Thank you for having amazing teachers in the studio!!
