Our tax preparer, Tissy tinka,m, was wonderful. She shared interesting stories and made it easy for us to take advantage of the various deductions that my husband and I qualified for.My husband and I highly recommend Jackson Hewitt tax services in Sarasota and Tissy Tinkam.

My experience at Jackson Hewitt was excellent. It was quick and issue free. My tax preparer, Tesa was extremely knowledgeable and thorough while explaining each step. It was a great experience, which further ensures that I will return for the next tax season.

Not good at doing taxes I was fairly surprised that I had gotten my self a better refund on my own going throw turbo tax I ended up with a tax value of 1079.00 the got me a hair over 400 and it cost a 150.00 so not Unhappy definitely not satisfied really just thought that I would get a better refund if I went to a tax professional so I know from here on out to use TurboTax and I would recommend also you using TurboTax Hope this is helpful

Never again , can't return calls and just horrible customer service . The fee is absurd and was never disclosed till the very end. Complete disaster.
