We had our taxes prepared in Gulf Breeze, FL. Our tax preparer was not knowledgeable and had to call her supervisor repeatedly for assistance. She made numerous mistakes and ulltimately made the biggest error in filing a Georgia State Income Tax return even though our primary residence for 2023 was in Florida. This resulted in my having to hire a CPA to correct the error.

All I’m trying to say is this year with all that extra child tax credits and financial aid/relief your best bet is going inside of a Jackson Hewitt office And working with a tax pro call Knut sure that your money or not taken without consent…. Unless you owe money :/

The gentleman who did our taxes at Martin Luther King office was very knowledgeable and patient. He took his time to make sure our taxes were done right. We appreciate Mr. Howard to assist us with our taxes returns.
