Thank you to Chris for fixing the issues that the previous tax advisor (Carrie) . He was very helpful and did everything he could to address our concerns. He deserves all the recognition for his efforts. This was our first experience with Jackson Hewitt and if not for his performance, my review would be far more negative.

I had my taxes done by Beverly. She was very thorough and took the time to give all the information I need to know about my taxes. I will possibly go next year to her at Jackson Hewitt if I am in the area.
