Been a loyal customer for the last twenty years, dressed my youngest to my current grandchildren. I am originally from Maryland, snow bird in Sarasota FL. I had the rudest salesperson at the Janie and Jack store at the UTC mall. I asked the sales person if they match the sale price on their items online ( it’s their policy). She told me no, it depends on the size? Availability? I told her if it’s the exact item, same sku number the store always match the price online. She says every branch is different by State. Wow… every thing she told me was definitely not their policy. I have been in this store dozen times this season if not more. While back, one of the sales associate told me to come into the store instead of purchasing online, so their store can stay open. It’s unfortunate how the store manager would be so deceiving, and unprofessional. Hopefully Janie and Jack will stay open for next season.

We have bought some really cute outfits for our baby girl here, the last time we went the lady was extremely helpful and sweet to our baby, allowed us to try the outfits on as we were in between two outfits and gladly moved things around since the baby was trying to reach for everything, will definitely be back. The price for our almost one year old has ranged between $30 to $50 ish per outfit, and they always have lots of clothing on sale too.
