They did an engine oil cleaner on my Nissan. Put the oil in. Nissan started super rough. So I brought it to the managers attention what was going on. Nissan acted like that for the rest of the evening. Went back to the store to make sure it was documented. They told me a regional manager would call the next day. It's been almost a week, never heard from anyone. First thing they did was deny, deny, deny. Nothing we did could of caused that to happen was the words of the Manager. Well obviously it was from your product because my truck was fine before I brought it here. Not happy with this place at all and I will be contacting the upper management. Update.. Two weeks and haven't heard from anyone

I called this location and gave them the exact make and model of my car, and was given a certain price. Then I come in the next day and they give me a price that’s double what I was told. The manager spent the whole time arguing why my car needs a specific kind of oil, which I completely understood and was not fighting at all. But he took absolutely no responsibility for telling me the wrong price ahead of time. He also said I never showed him the proof that I called the day before when I had showed both him and another employee the call with the time stamp. He said no one else was working besides us and I don’t know who told you that price. Not only was that his own fault for telling me the wrong thing over the phone, but he also blatantly lied about me not showing my call history. The other worker was very nice and respectful, but I expect a management to be able to take responsibility for their own actions.

Mgr showed me how the new AC cartridge went into the cabin area He charged me $65 and would give me 15% off when I come back for an oil change, so it was a fair deal

They were kind quick and helpful. Didn't feel pressured. I was able to get my oil changed on my lunch break which was super helpful.

I took my 2012 ford f150 to the bee ridge store today for an oil change. While i was outside i heard one employée say something about cross threading the oil pan Bolt. When they were done they told me the Bolt was stripper and the threads came out. Which means they cross threaded the Bolt. They told me they put a plug in it. I got home and 1hour later its dripping oil. Now i have to pay someone to either replace the oil pan or try to re thread it. I will be bringing them the Bill. Im not happy about this

I take my Chevy Silverado there every time i need an oil change. They are great helpful and friendly. They remember me every time I pull up before.They even look in the computer. They do a lot more than just an oil change and I think they're great. They also let me top-up my oil. If I'm running low between oil changes.

I'm not one to write bad reviews
But...
Went in for standard oil change, they insisted on toping of my coolent as they said it was really low so I decided to let them do it. I come home to find my coolent completely overfilled but that is the half of it then I look at my email and see they forgot to put my skid plate back on the car. so I am forced to head back while there I adress the coolant issue and the insist that it's not a problem
