I went to Jiffy Lube on Clark and Beneva for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told they can't rotate tires at that location. So I was directed to Tamiami Trail. Very nice there and offered a coupon for free rotation since I waited so long.(Short staffed and resolving a issue from yesterday) I appreciated that and never complained. Then I was told couldn't do the rotation there either due to running boards being to low "but at least I got my oil changed". Hopefully they will communicate better with other stores, flyers, ect.

While visiting Sarasota for holidays, oil change light came on my wife’s Mazda. As my wife likes to get car maintenance done on time religiously, we decided to have oil changed in Sarasota instead of waiting to drive back to Michigan and take it to our regular auto service shop. After getting oil changed from this Jiffy Lube store, that evening on the way back from St. Petersburg, engine oil level warning light came on. Our Mazda is 2020 and never had oil level warning light on before so we pulled over to the gas station and checked for oil leak as well as oil level. Oil dipstick showed oil level at “MIN”.
Drove to Sarasota that evening and took the car to this store next day. As soon as I got out of the car at the store, one of the techs asked me if I was the guy who called about low oil warning light on Mazda. I told him “no” but that is the same problem I am having since getting the car oil changed day before. Another technician checked oil level and upon seeing oil level at “MIN” on one side and closer to “MAX” on other side of dipstick, told me nothing is wrong and that I needed to rotate dipstick few times to get accurate reading as there is “high” side and “low” side on the dipstick. Oil being fluid and dipstick measuring oil that is in oil pan, I was lost for words to explain how wrong he is. So, I showed him the picture of oil level warning light that I took night before since oil level warning light was not on when I took the car to the store, I was told that car must have faulty oil pressure sensor.
Dumbfounded, I left the store, stopped at auto parts store to pick up a quart of oil and added to the engine. Next day, we drove car back to Michigan without oil level warning light ever coming on. Shame on you guys for only adding minimal oil as possible and blaming warning light on everything but your lack of proper service.

Great guys. Checked my car, told me I didn’t need an oil change at this time and reassured me my car was ok to drive but I should contact my dealer. No charge. Honest and nice!

Wow customer service is still alive and well at Jiffy Lube - 8624 South Tamiami Trail! I cannot thank Luis enough for the thoroughly professional and efficient service I received. He explained my oil options for my Jeep Grand Cherokee and suggested an air filter change. Never did I feel like I was being "upsold" or pressured. I was in and out in less than half an hour. I value my time, so I was happy not to sit around for hours or have to drop off and come back. This will certainly be my future go-to for an oil change. Highly recommend this establishment. Thanks again Luis and Stanislav.

I was driving home, and 1 of my tires lost ALL pressure.
I quickly pulled into Jiffy Lube JUST to diagnose the damage, and unfortunately, the tire was completely flat.
Within 1 second, everyone at Jiffy Lube removed the tire and put on a spare.
They don't offer tire services. However, their eagerness and willingness to go above and beyond their job is a testament to this location's professionalism and compassion.

I just needed air. All places within 4 miles air pump broken.Every bay had car in them and 2 cars waiting. Chris asked if I would mind sitting at table. Within minutes he came and told me all done and even opened up an exit for me. All I hear is what's wrong with people especially younger ones. Nothing is wrong. The polite care in helping me out by not having me wait was appreciated more than words. Jiffy Lube must have the secret to employing caring employees. Regardless of county, state been loyal to jiffy Lube 30 years because of employees like Chris

Spencer was amazingI even changed my cabin filter and my air filter a week before to make sure that people didn’t try to upsell me and say I needed a new one.And all the employees said both filters were clean!Some places would never have done that. They would have brought out a dirty filter and said it was mine.

Andrew, the manager quoted a fee of $89 for a blended synthetic oil and filter change. I told him up front I had a $15 online coupon and he said to bring it out when the work was done. I waited until the car was ready and was told the bill was $99 with my discount included. I asked how it could be that much and was told the taxes and fees were extra. it was not until I got home and thought about it, but I explicitly asked up front how much was the charge and was lied to by Andrew in order to grab an extra $25. Will not recommend

Friendly, respectful service. Nice crew. Quick turnaround time. They even place plastic covers on your seats. :)
