Solid turkey sandwich and service. Sandwich order was tasty, well made, securely wrapped, and accurate. Pro tip: do a mobile order and skip the line (which was long). It worked out well for me.

Fast service even with a long waiting line. Delicious, freshly made to order sandwiches. Efficient staff! I had the Little John club and it was great! Glad I ate here!

The food was okay, your typical airport food: nothing too special, but not bad by any means. The service however, was ridiculous. I ordered a sub with chicken, lettuce, the jalapeño ranch, pickles, and provolone cheese. Jordan took my order, clearly not correctly. My friend and I overheard the workers talking about my sub as they made it, asking if it was only chicken and lettuce that I wanted. My friend helped me out and said I also wanted pickles cheese and the ranch. They both stopped and dirty looked her for about 5 seconds before muttering an okay and going back to work. I work at a sub shop. This is your JOB. Not an excuse for you to be rude to someone who is highly overpaying for a below average sub. I got my sub and it still was missing cheese. The pickles weren’t spread out whatsoever. Very rushed, very rude. I’m happy I went here so I know not to return. If you want unfriendly service and people scoffing at your food choices, this is the place for you!

It’s fast food subs and wraps. No frills is expected. I also know paying more is expected but $39 dollars for 2 wraps, chips and soda seems excessive. I guess your trapped so

Airport Jimmy John's is faster than the one's I've encountered outside in the public.

I am severely medically sensitive to gluten so I can’t eat like the bread. My typical flight leaves at 7:30am and they only sell breakfast that early. Due to my circumstance I asked to get an unwich #5 because no breakfast is safe for a celiac. Today I had to leave empty handed she didn’t help me navigate the menu to find something they could make for me, mind you that there was nobody in line or around at all.The last time I have flown at this time of day they were willing to adapt their menu and build me safe food. It’s honestly so sad there isn’t many food places in an airport I can eat at therefor existing to see a safe restaurant to find it actually isn’tParking: Located inside of the SRQ airport past security near Gate 8.

Honestly they should be lucky there isn't a lawsuit being filed right now. "Under Florida Labor Laws, employees are usually allowed with a 30-minute lunch break and 15-minute short breaks. This is applicable to employees who work in an eight-hour shift. Those who work under six hours are entitled to a paid break, but not a 30-minute unpaid break." My boyfriend just quit because they told him he's closing (11-8:30) and the manager refused to give him a break aside from scarfing down his lunch. He begged for a break while his back was killing him and they screamed at him for asking for a day off. Technically we should be filing a lawsuit right now but we can't afford a lawyer, so he'll be looking for a new job where they actually care. If you're wondering why they hire on the spot, this is why.

Jimmy John's is knows for its freaky fast food prep and consistent quality. This location is no exception. The one rub is that this airport location has just two tiny tables and they're in the area where people stand and wait for their orders. So you'll either have your food with someone's behind in your face, or plan to eat your sandwich on your lap (or after you board your flight). Also, prices here are higher than your typical JJ's, but that's not unexpected in an airport.
