Excellent customer service, bought semiautomatic shotgun from another dealer, after 5 rounds it malfunctioned, took to JM and less than 2 minutes told me the failure and got it back to operating. Contacted manufacturer and they are sending me the parts. Will be doing business with them for all repairs and accessories
