Let me start by saying that journeys is not a store that comes to the top of my mind when I’m shoe shopping. Today, however I was on a mission to find a pair of double strap sandals for a trip I am going on next month. I knew that different brands made these including Birkenstock. I wasn’t having luck at other stores and I decided to walk into this store. I was immediately greeted by this young lady who said welcome in. A few short moments later, she came right up to me and asked if there was anything she could help me with. I told her what I was looking for, and she immediately took me over to the men’s section. It was there she showed me a beautiful selection in many different colors I might add of exactly what I was looking for! She asked what size shoe I wore and recommended going down in size since this particular Birkenstock only came in full sizes. When she brought them out, she was absolutely correct! I definitely needed to go down to a 9 and not go up to a 10. She even brought out a second pair in a different size just in case. She was right on point. They fit perfectly. It took me a few minutes to make the decision to go ahead and buy them because this is not a style of sandal I would usually purchase, however they looked great on. She explained that they would start off hard, and as I wore them, they would soften up and mold to my feet. I was sold! I took them and I am very pleased with my purchase. I am excited to wear these on my trip! I was very impressed with this young lady, she exceeded my expectations!

I was looking for a specific pair of doc martens for my sisters birthday and Ava helped me out so much in finding the right style, color, and size. One of the best associations in that store. easy and fast purchase thanks so much!

I placed my order in the store in November and they mailed me the complete wrong order. Working with Journeys online was the worst experience I have ever had. They then said they would send my the correct replacement order which was then canceled by them. I then had to chase down my refund trying to go on the chat and having to call. And this was for gift for my daughter for Christmas that she will not receive. NEVER again will I shop at Journeys.

Came in 10/22 around 12:30pm looking for a birthday gift I needed for same day. The two gentlemen working were phenomenal and gave me helpful knowledge to buy protection for the pair of Birkenstocks I purchased . I forgot both of the gentlemen’s names but both deserve the recognition . One is the store manager and the other gentlemen was new but is doing great! Nice selection of inventory as well

I went there and this employee with curly hair and glasses was super condescending to me and at the moment to pay, he make the paper/sissors hand game with a blonde coworker to figure who would ringme up and he finger her leaving her astonished and who looked as the manager disappointed. I felt super bad for them and I left the place with anxiety instead of a good feeling after finally buying the shoes I always wanted. There’s no excuse for in less than 15minutes make everybody around you feel like sh&$. I’ll never buy again there if I see this employee, because the attitude is out of line for retail.

I went there today Sunday 8/28/2023 to buy shoes for my 2 teens age girls. I never get amazing customer service like I did today. They were busy but all 3 store associates were helping us they are super friendly as well. Best staff ever. Thank you for an amazing experience

I had the best customer experience at this Journeys location. I found my favorite pair of Vans and a new pack of socks.I love the selection of Vans that they have; if you're looking for the classics or something unique you can find a pair here.

This store Never let's me down! They do have the Best Styles, but a little Pricey. Customer Service was Great! Clean Store and a Variety of Shoes.
